Welcome to the

M-RODS NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.COM TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

I’ve noticed that since Need2’s site has been here it has gotten a lot of flack about being Spam and hasn’t been given a fair shot.

When Dave and John started this site, they said just because a supplement company has a checkbook doesn’t mean they get a spot here. The shit has to be able to back it up!! Do you see any Muscle-tech ads around here…nope neither do I.

So I plan to do what a lot of us should try. I’m going to try to prove somebody to be right rather than spend my time proving them wrong.

I am going to try the “advanced stack” There’s no sense fuckin around. The specs are in this thread.

I hope they arrive in around a week; the bars took around that to get up here in Canada.

My plan:

Follow the protocol for the 16-week stack

Weeks 1-6 use Dave’s Mass eating plan
Weeks 6-12 use Dave’s Keto diet
Weeks 12-16 unsure yet


More to come, later today I’ll post my stats and pics, I’m going to start the diet tomorrow, to hit the ground running. There will be daily reports on training, diet, effects from the supplements, I’m even thinking of some video updates from home and the gym

Day 1 " The Pre-Supp week"

This week I'm getting my eating and training in order prior to the stack arriving. This way I can do more of an apple to apple comparison.

I have just finished about 2 months of Keto and had some good results. I was able to get 5 inches off my waist. Yes I had let my waist get up to 49 inches.

Daves off season diet is alot more food than i've been eating. Today was a challenge to get it all in. Hopefully I'll nail it down by weeks end.

MEAL 1: 55g Whey Protein** with 50g Waxy Maize

Training

MEAL 2: 55g Whey Protein** with 50g Waxy Maize

MEAL 3: 8oz (cooked) of Pork Loin chop, ½ cup cashew nuts, 1 cup (cooked) RICE (brown)

MEAL 4: 8oz (cooked) of Extra lean ground beef, 1 cup (cooked) RICE (brown), 2 tbs olive oil

MEAL 5: Needtobuildmuscle protein bar

MEAL 6: 5 Whole eggs

I have meals 5 and 6 with me to eat later

Wide Lat Pulldowns 105x10, 120x10, 135x10, 150x7

Felt pretty good, I need to get some straps to try to keep my forearms less involved, may back felt like I had some left, but my arms were done.

Yesterday was a challenge getting all the food in as me and my friends headed to Toronto to a concert. While almost everyone was sneaking in weed, I was sneaking in protein bars, lol

My back is nice and sore today, no strains just muscle soreness, It usually takes 6 days for me to hit a body part again, I'm looking forward to the increased recovery from the stack once it arrives.

Hi everyone

Just wanted to share this pasta sauce I found at the grocery store. Eating "clean" can be a challenge some days, so anything that helps me choke down my food is good.

Fuck i love working triceps!!!!

Food consumption was easier today. Last night I made all my meals for the day, except the shakes and oatmeal. Much easier, open the fridge, into to microwave, grab a fork and eat.

On non-training days does anyone cut the carbs down at all? Its not like i'm hurting for fuel with my BF%. Thursday is basically an off day, I'll be hitting abs, I don't remember what they look like so I want them to look good when they show up, lol

MEAL 1:
6 whole eggs with 1 cup of Oatmeal (cooked), 2 tbs of pasta sauce, and stevia on the oatmeal, coffee 3x3

MEAL 2:
SHAKE: 55g Whey Protein with 40g Waxy Maize, shit I forgot to add the oil

Training

Even though this is going to be a "mass phase" I still want to get some of this waist off. Does anyone else agree that your day doesn't really start until your first meal? I think I'll do my fasted cardio in the AM to try to burn a bit of this off.

Hydration

It can be a pain in the ass getting enough fluid in a day. A minimum of a gallon (around 4 L) will go a long way to acheiving your goals. Our bodies are roughly 2/3 water, so its pretty important to get enough in.

I bought 2 juice jugs ( 2L each). Each night I make my Crystal Lite before I hit the hay, and in the morning I have the days beautiful cold fluids ready for me to consume. You're done when they're empty.

Off day today, Just abs and cardio.

I decided to cut down the carbs today since I wasn't hitting the gym. I did my abs at home. Its been a while since I've done anything for them so I eased into it.

MEAL 1:
5 whole eggs, coffee 3x3

MEAL 2:
SHAKE: 55g Whey Protein with 20g Waxy Maize, 1 tbs EVOO


MEAL 3:
8 oz Extra Lean ground beef, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 Tbs EVVO


MEAL 4:

MEAL 5:

Wow abs are fun, I think I'll hit these again in 3 days, they seen to recover pretty quick.

Whoooo. I'm all moved in, I start my new job on Monday, I scored Mon-Fri 8:30-5, so I'm pretty happy. I found a gym here, Its 24hr access, I'm just going to stay on my schedule so its arm day tomorrow, my stack should be here in around a week. Looking forward to makin some big gains, and give all you guys the scoop!

Yesterday was a get back in the groove day. Biceps and triceps. I hit 3 supersets to get some blood flowing and a great pump

Rope pushdowns-----------60x15, 70x12, 80x8

2 arm Cable curls-----------70x12, 80x9, 100x5

I stayed up and cooked my food for the next 4 days, so meal planning will be pretty easy, Measurements will be on Sunday. Lets see if theres been any improvement, with this hectic schedule I've had this past 2 weeks!!!

Tues-Chest
Wed--shoulders
Thu--Arms
Fri- legs

Starting around the week of the 22nd, once I'm on the stack, I'm expecting quicker recovery, so i'll group parts together so I can hit them as soon as they're ready.

I haven't done leg press for months because I have been focusing on deads but it felt good today to do some higher reps on legs and get them super pumped. It always feels weird not being able to walk with tightly pumped up glutes and quads.

I tried stretching my ham out, but couldn't loosen it up at the gym, once i got home i went 60 min at a slow pace on the treadmill which seemed to help. Lets see how it feels tomorrow.

I'm always hesitant to go up the stairs to train abs after legs, but even more hesitant to come back down them. I may start using the fat people elevator.

Back Day--- Mon June 15/09

1st day at my new job, worked 8:30-5 today. It was tough waking up since I have been going to bed at 4am for the last few months. By the time I got to the gym I didnt have alot of steam. I'm going to combine Chest and shoulders on Wednesday and relax and go to bed early on Tuesday night, so I can get up early for cardio.


Wide Lat Pulldowns-----------100x10, 120x10, 140x7
Bench T-bar row----------------90x10, 135x5, 135x4
Barbell Row---------------------135x10, 135x10, 135x5
Reverse Pec deck---------------80x15, 100x10, 115x10

My new gym doesn't have any Hammer Row machines which I'm used to, so I barbell rowed for the first time. I have to work on not standing up so much on the contraction. Next time I'll also do traditional T-bars, as it was so awkward to reach the handles on the bench style one they have.



Food

1-50g Whey, 1 cup oatmeal

2-7 oz pork loin, 1 potatoe

3- 40g waxymaize, 50g whey, 1tbls evoo

4- 40g waxymaize, 50g whey

5- 8oz Lean GB, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tbs evoo

6- 40g waxymaize, 50g whey, 1tbls evoo

Its been 2 weeks of the higher carbs in my diet. Although I enjoy eating the rice and potatoes the only result I have seen is my waist actually grew another inch. So starting tomorrow I will be re-introducing AM fasted cardio for !hour before work and take Dave's plan and cut the carbs in half, and rate the results of that at weeks end.

I think you should also cover mood and side effects you may be feeling from the stack. Some people get them and others don't.

We can go over a side effect as it comes up and I will give you some advice on how to take care of it. Like some people get real bad pumps, others get a little lethargic feeling on the beastdrol.. These are all things that may happen. So people can learn how to deal with them.

Lots of people get a little side effects then drop the cycle. Most of the time right before gains really start getting good to. Most of the sides can be dealt with or will go away in a day or two.

Need2 makes some great points about side effects and peoples reactions. Its very common for people to see a problem, or are frustrated that results do not happen over night and immediately stop what they're doing.

I am going to post everything I can regarding how I feel and what is happening or not happening to me during this jouney.

As a starting point I am going to share a bit about me as a person. Hopefully this will be a reference to some of the effects of the stack as I progress.

I am 34 years old, so my libido isn't as it was when I was 18 but I do think about it alot.

As many great hitters in Baseball history, I dont quite "hit" as hard as I used to, although I have a wealth of hitting experience, sometimes its a little more effort to get up to the plate.

I have had and sometimes still have some anxiety issues. Over thinking subjects which are not productive to staying happy, and manifest themselves in self-esteem issues.

My hairline is pretty much where it was when I was 18-19, just a little thinner.

Most of my bodyfat sits on my mid-section and chest.

My skin is clear except for the occasional blackhead or ingrown hair.

Creating routine for myself helps in keeping on track with any task I do, so this journal and feeling accountable to you guys will help me give this 100% effort.

I'm an open book for you guys for the next 4 months, so please, anything you want to know feel free to ask away!!!!!!

As most of you know international shipping can be a pain in the ass, but I expect the stack should arrive anyday now.

Here it is, I wanted to post pics of the true beginning here, I start the stack in the morning, just before AM cardio. Looking at these pics is one of the hardest things to do. Remembering having visible abs in mid- high school, being an athlete playing Baseball, Rugby, Basketball. Wondering about the decisions I made that led me from there to here today.

I was a in shape athletic kid at 16-17, I had moved out of my parents house while 15 and stayed in fairly good shape just based on how active I was. Growing up we never had junkfood in the house. Being Portuguese we ate alot of meat, fish, potatoes, pasta, bread, olive oil. Sure we had homemade desserts, but the couple hours a day of activity always took care of those calories. After bouncing around from friends place to friends place for over a year, I finally moved in with my buddys family. I'll call him Paul. Well it was different there, he was eating some chips and I asked his mom if I could have some. She said you don't have to ask, you can eat anything in the kitchen. They had 4 cupboards, yes 4 fucking cupboards filled with junk. Several different cookies, chips, twinkies. It was a Freakin ice cream truck in the freezer, all sorts of candy bars and other frozen treats. I lost my fuckin mind, all I did was eat and eat.

Within 6 months I went from a 150 lb kid with abs, to a 200 lb fat highschool student.

Its never come back off. After my Baseball dreams ended, I realized I would have to work for a living and turned to retail sales. If youre in retail you know that sometimes there isn't breaks, I choose drink coffee and donuts most of the day, then get some fastfood on the way home. Well theres been 14 years of that. I had healthy streaks, losing 15-20 lbs for a while then putting it back on, going to the gym for a few weeks or months at a time making good gains only to stop for my current new excuse.

I've been buying BB mags for over 10 years now, the information is there, its all in the execution that counts. I joined the Md site a few years ago and joined Rx at its inception in february. The info here has been endless. From John and Dave, the "celebs", the sponsers, HMR, and the members with advice and opinions. It shows that this is not an industry but its a lifestyle and a family.

You guys are seeing more skin from me than most of my friends and girlfriends, theres some that Ive never had my shirt off in front of. these start photos are pretty sobering, no covering, strategic angles, or shitty lighting. So here it is.

So i've been taking the Deisel and 19-tren, for 4 days now,today i noticed being moody, now I am pre-disposed to this, but the changes seemed quick today. Felt very aggressive at the gym, once i got there the Metallica was blaring, and I was ready to pound.

Felt very thirsty all day today as well, I think I put almost 8 litres (2 gall) of water down today.

Chest is still sore from Thursday, but I could hit my shoulders already, so I'm gonna mix it up tomorrow and hit triceps and shoulders, traps.

The pumps are harder, my tri's felt like they were gonna rip out of my skin the other night, and my back has felt pumped for a couple of days. Recovery is faster, im ready to hit my chest tonight in 5 days instead of 7. So im gonna go trash it tonite!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to week 2 everyone!!!

What a great start to this journey, I had some interesting changes throughout the week. My measurements are in the link at the bottom.

Starting with my weight, i dropped 7 lbs. My waist has come down 2 inchs as well. My Bf% stayed basically the same.

Im going to break down my macros, i may need to up the calories to support building more muscle.

As far as training, I got a little sparatic this first week, just hitting whatever I felt was ready, Ive been amazed at my recovery time and wanted to hit whatever was ready to go. This week will be planned better.

Sun--1.Back and Biceps
Mon--2.Chest and Triceps
Wed--3.Shoulders and traps, abs
Thu---4.Legs
Fri----5.Abs
Sat---start at day 1

Training has really ramped up, Ill talk about Back and Bis in my next post. I'm moving more weight than I have before, I feel agressive while I'm at the gym like I did in my late teens.

I was moody a couple of days into the week, but that has seemed to level off. Ive changed my life so it is not stressfull at all, The Deisel and Tren has enhanced my moods, If i'm feeling aggressive, its more than usual, when I'm horny its freakin "go time", If i'm upset its a little worse.

So far the only physical sides are an increase in shaving frequency, instaed of every other day i have to shave everyday (at least I would if i wasn't the boss, lol)

No skin changes so far in regards to oilyness or acne.

My secondary muscle pumps almost hurt, My triceps and biceps have not been pounded since they are so full from chest and back I really cant hit them hard, I'm wondering if increasing my fluid intake will help at all.

As far as libido...........Fuck am I horny all the time, Ive met this pretty 24 yr old girl and am having a blast (lol), endurance is up which I'm sure she appreciates as well.


I really haven't talked about my goals for this 16 weeks. My thoughts are this is when I decide if I want to compete or not. Theres a show in March of 2010 and if I see I can do this I'll register for it, and get on stage.

My major goal is a huge composition change. I started with a 45 inch waist, my goal is to get it to 34 inchs. Also talking about measurements without mentioning arms would be silly right? Well here it goes, right now they are 17.5 and 17.75 inchs. I'm talking about 20 inchs, is it possible I guess we'll push and see.

Next Sunday I'm gonna post new pics and even a video!!! I'm havin fun and looking forward to sharing it with you.

You have to enter the numbers yourself but there are formulas that convert protein, carbs and fat to # of calories then give you a percentage for each meal of P, C, F. I threw some other goodies in the spreadsheet too.

and warmed my back up with a heating pad before I hit the gym, Thanks again Bro, great idea.
I did not want to skip legs, so I supersetted Lying Leg curls and Seated Leg extentions for 6 sets.

Its just after midnight, and i've had my first anxiety attack in years. Lots of over thinking about random shit..........
so the only cure was to kick the living shit out of my arms.
The gym was empty so I cranked some Rage against the Machine
and had at her. So Wednesdays workout is done

When I walked in I found it. There is this freakin guy,

Happy Friday Bro's and Sisters

Friday is an off day for me, My legs, chest and shoulders are aching, I feel great lol

I had my cheat meal for my last meal, I made Fetticini Alfredo, Garlic bread with cheese and had a couple of Coronas with my girl, then we spent the next 2 hours burning it off :)

Sunday will be back Day and the start of the last week of my mass plan, then we start the 4 weeks of the bridge

I need to spend some time discussing side effects. The anxiety issues
I am dealing with are quite difficult to handle.
I am having trouble sleeping as I’m laying awake thinking
about things I haven’t since my childhood and teen years.
These compounds in Desielbolan and Tren flo are no fuckin joke.
I’m worrying about what everyone is thinking, and how people are
reacting to me. Now please understand this!!!! There is warnings on
Needtobuildmuscle.com, and on the product bottles themselves that if you
suffer from this that you should not take theses products. I am
a grown man, and as an adult I choose to go ahead and take these
compounds knowing full well that this may happen. I just did not realize
they would be this powerful. What we do in our bodybuilding community is
weigh the pros and cons of everything we do. Whether its keto vs. carbs,
machines vs. Free weights, Natural or assisted. We all stop and have to
decide if the end justifies the means. I sat down and decided I was willing
to deal with these feelings for this period of time to achieve the best results
possible for myself . Now theres something in all of us here that craves the
improvement, needs the accomplishments, yearns for the results. I’m not
doing this because I want to, or because I feel I need to impress anyone,
its because I NEED it. It’s the same reason you stop and watch someone
in the gym pushing for a new max and want them to hit it. It’s the same
reason you used to read those old “animal pak” ads in MD and got all
fired up and ready to rip that gym up!!!!!!!!!!


5 more days on this part of the stack before I’m on the bridge,
so I know my head will level out then for a few weeks, just in
time to blast 4 more weeks of hell in weeks 8-12 on Beastdrol and
Katanadrol!!!!!

What a couple of days!!!!!

All I can say is Lawyers, a deceased parent, and silblings with different opinions, I'll leave it at that

So at 3 am , I hit the gym for legs and arms

I went with 2 big supersets

Leg extentions and Lying leg curls, and Dumbell curls and Tri pushdowns

Now Im at work till 830 pm, then straight to bed.

sunday I start the bridge as well as returning to a Palumbo keto diet, Ill post up my stats Sunday morning, The size and strength increases are quite noticable from this past 4 weeks, and i'm ready to start stripping this fat off!!! Talk to you on Sunday!!!!

Hi everyone

Sorry I havent been on, but theres a buch of family shit goin on.

So I used Desielbolan and Tren flo for 4 weeks.

Start

Weight----240lbs
Waist -----47 inches
Chest------46 inches
biceps------17.5/17.75 inches


After 4 weeks

Weight-----252lbs
Waist-------45 inches
Chest-------47.5 inches
biceps-------17.75/18 inches

I would have even better results if i was eating enough for the first 2 weeks. Its amazing that I was bulking up and lost fat off my waist!!

The biggest improvement was how aggressive i got in the gym, after a few reps in I was ready to kill it. also the same with my girl in bed, i was good to go and any moment, Major increases in strength as all my lifts have new personal bests.

As far as the sides, the only thing I had an issue with was the anxiety issues. Now again I was prone to these before but these really ramped it up for me.

Overall I'd run this again in a heartbeat, Thanks to Need 2.


For the next 4 weeks I'll be using Dermacrine as a bridge between 2 cycles. Tomorrow i'll get my workouts and diet up for you guys along with the stats and my impressions of the Dermacrine.

I use 5 pumps daily, 2 on each arm and 2 on my chest, It absorbs very quickly and hasnt stained anything i wear. Theres a bit of a tingle after its on for a few minutes. I was expecting my libido to drop after switching from the Deisel and tren to this, but its been quite the opposite. The girl i'm seeing isn't available enough, so I've had to take matters into my own hands LOL.
Also my head has levelled out, My anxiety has eased up which is great!!!!

My weight and waist measurement has stayed static over the week even with my nutrition being sparatic, I can assume its from the "forgiveness factor" of using these powerfull compounds, but I'm noticing more shoulder definition. My food is all packed for tomorrow as I'm going back to Dave's keto diet.

Monday i'm going to start the week with chest and shoulders, then back and rear delts, followed by arms on wed, and legs on thursday, take fri and sat off and start again on Sunday. Abs will be daily before bed and 1hour of am cardio.

Last Day on Dermacrine, I ve enjoyed it and it helped keep my head level, and helped me avoid a crash after the first phase of tren-flo, and Deiselbolan.

My libdo has stayed the same but function wasnt quite as good just on the Derm, I m lookin forward to the next phase starting with Beast and tren, and the beast and Katanadrol once it arrives.

I'm gonna continue with Daves keto plan, as so far along with the Derm ive slid a cpuple more inchs off my waist and my arms are comin in nicely.

Im happy to say this is the longest Ive stayed this commited to a plan since I was playing Baseball, Thanks to everyone on here for your support and encouragement, and to Need2 for the chance to use his products.

The changes have been obvious so far as I had a stunnning 20 yr old come up to me last night at the bar and ask me for leg training advice, I gave her some calf tips, then she gave me her number.

Sunday will now be Leg day, no cardio
Monday and Tuesday are cardio only plus abs
Wednesday is Back and rear delts, cardio
Thursday is for Chest and shoulders, abs, cardio
Friday is arm day, and cardio
Sat will be abs and cardio

yes you can run the beast and tfo. That is why I threw in that tfo for you when I did. I am out of sustain alpha at the moment and damn low on katanadrol... Not sure if I will get another forced order or not.

Well we're into Week 2 of Phase 3 on the Beast, Tren-flo and forged liver support!!!!


Another 2 cardio sessions today Monday, 1 hr in the AM and 45 min at night, Fuck i hate cardio, but you earn the right to have to do so much of it. When i get pissed about doing it I think of all the junk food i ate over the years and realize that i need to pay the price to get it off!!!

Back in the gym Wednesday for back and rear delts, my lower back feels better so ill reintroduce some hypers into the mix.

Just to review i have 3 more weeks (incl this week) on beast and tren, then i go right into Katana and tren before post cycle therapy. The fat is starting to slide and even though im now in the high 230's which is where i started i look quite different!!!!

Happy freakin Saturday!!!

So im 14 days into the tren flo and the beast with the forged liver support

My strength is way up along with the pump, working chest is almost difficult working around the tricep pump!!!!

I havnt really had the anxiety issues i had earlier as i did with the tren and desiel, but definately having some lathargy and upset stomach issues, eating tums right after my supps has helped, a couple of hairs have fallen out but nothing to freak out about as of yet, and my skin has continued to stay pretty clear.

My core temp is up!! Feels like im running a fever, nothing uncomfortable, i just turn th A/C up.

I hit chest and tris today and felt pretty good, gonna follow up with back and bi's on Sunday


going with 4 shakes today and 2 meals, im trying to get a little creative and had 7 oz talapia along with 2 eggs and made a huge fish cake, it wasnt too bad!!!

Well I pushed my shoulder too far today!!!!

Cable cross overs 2 sets-- could feel the ache in my shoulder but thought i could push through

Hammer shoulder press- 3 sets up to 200
Machine laterals ---felt a big shot through my rotator cuff had to stop!!!!


so after a trip to the clinic i need to rest my shoilder before i really fuck it up!!!

So this week will be a lil differnt of course, mainly really crank the cardio up, work on my abs and flexibilty by spending time on stretching.

You have to take these bumps in the road in stride and learn from them!!!!

60 min treadmill this morning, and will do 60 more before bed tonight.

shoulder aches pretty good still today, made sure i slept on my right side last night, will continue with 2 cardio sessions each day this weeek, and trim some calories off my plan since there wont be any weights for this week at least.

no real noticable sides from the tren and katana combo, having a bit of a hard time getting to sleep, but my strength is way up, my waist is coming down every week and my legs, arms and back are leaning out. i guess i tried to push to hard, lesson learned.

I know exactly what you mean. My shoulders measured 54.5" relaxed in September, but I haven't been able to hit them hard since then. No pressing for me until it's 100%.

I know exactly what you mean. My shoulders measured 54.5" relaxed in September, but I haven't been able to hit them hard since then. No pressing for me until it's 100%.


Nice, i have more pain during laterals, but i cant even do bicep curls without pain, i just bought a new suit in June, it was a size 50, and now the shoulders are snug, Im happy for the growth but fuck that suit was a grand, lol

Man I haven't worn my suit since my interview to get my current job in May 2008...no idea how it fits, but I know all my long sleeve shirts from last winter don't cover my entire arms...the sleeves stop about 2" above my wrists.

Tried to do arms today, no luck the pain is there as soon as i hold a dumbelll!!!!!

I was feeling pretty weird lately, getting hurt quite easily, my hands and feet constantly falling asleep, so i went to the doctors and was sent for an ecg and bloodwork, i have to now go for a full stress test for my heart, the ecg shows an irregular heartbeat, the bloodwork shows very high cholesterol and lowered test levels, ive been told to take it easy for the week or so itll take till i can have the stress test done, im only 34 and to hear heart problems is very scary for me.

So far im down to 226 lbs and my waist is 7 inches smaller then when i started, my arms are are almost an inch bigger with trimming fat off of them as well as my back and shoulders are coming in nicely.

as soon as i can ill be back in the gym, and stretch this transformation out til years end, this is a road block on my way and i just need to take a detour to continue.

Your blood work will always be like this when using orals. Increased cholesterol and decreased testosterone.

You are getting hurt easily because your muscles are significantly stronger than your tendons and joints can keep up with. Also an issue when using steroids. You can't continually push the weights up so fast and expect the entire body to keep up. You have to be mindful of this when training and using steroids.

You are making awesome progress on your physique, but health comes first.

Irregular heartbeat is no good. Get that sorted out with your doc.

Well im back

I still have some testing to do, but other than freaking out about it, im gonna push on until im told to stop again

I tried to go hard with cardio last week and truly havent felt anything wierd. Im not going to stop my life and sit and worry

Waiting for specialists is a pain in the ass, as apparently its takes a fucking month just to book an appointment, let alone see him.

The doctor gave me lipitor which i havent started and some levitra, which has been fun lol

I'm hitting chest shoulders and tris on tues, following up with back, biceps and forearms on wed, and see how its goes.

i'm also going to use the FORGED PCT to try to get my levels back up

as far as diet is concerned, im gonna keep it simple, 3 meals and 2 shakes, high protein, mod carbs, mod fat

I do feel sluggish and feel like my strength, is down, so im not doing anything crazy this week. Just having a try and see attitude.

right now im at 229, i want to shed 15 more pounds off this month, so my cardio will go back to daily sessions

way to keep going at it bro. Also yes cholesterol is of course going to go up. Once of for a moth or two its going to keep going down every week you are off of it. You also have sustain alpha for pct correct? Reservatrol will be a big help. I would also take some fish oil and garlic to.
Injuries always suck though. Only thing to fix them is rest. forged joint aid and skellital-balm can help a lot but they are not magic.

All in all man nothing new besides you still going strong. So congrats for determination and hard work.

With the ache in my shoulder, i cannot do any flye or lateral raises at the moment.

My weights have come down so im going to gradually lower the reps and raise the weight over the next couple of weeks

Its not violently sharp, but it stops me at the bottom of flyes and laterals, then im in pain constantly for 5-7 days afterwards

Hmmmm...I ask because I've been having really sharp shoulder pain for the past 4 months or so. Finally figured out it's a cyst in my humerus, which was a result of a lot of inflammation in the joint. Hopefully yours isn't the same thing...it fucking sucks!
