im 5 9' ... 18 days to go 220 ,,,on the pic 222, the weight-in is the day before, i try be 218 i want border look super and be heavy weight , or in dream ,, will see what reality bring im happy on look , just my joint are dry n fell they will broke even on tons of joint supplement , weird.. of course after water lost night on stage it will sound like 208 i guess , i did a active release technique poliquin massage that was awesome

looking fucking sick brother. The joint problem probably has somthing to do with the winstrol. What kind of doses are you taking currently?

i dont take winstrol i hate it,,, like t3 cant stand.. like dbol or adrol or var..
