You have excellent genetics and obviously work hard. Great job!

Pretty impressive, you look 210 or 220 in those photos. If your prep goes well when you start competing, you'll definitely do some damage.

why do you train legs with chest?

why do you train legs with chest?

Same reason i do bis and shoulders and back and tris:

Whenever you do something like say chest and tris same day say you do chest first, you cant go as heavy on tris their pumped but thier shot from going heavy on chest, same if you do back and bis. So i do opposing muscle groups io think i get 3 benifits:

1.I can hit each muscle group mega hard with out them interfering with each other

2. I alternate each set, eg 4 stes bent over rows then 4 sets skull crushers then 4 sets lat pull downs ect, this means each muscle group gets a slight rest after each excercise(but are still pumped) meaning i can hit the hard again next set.

3. I get extreme blood flow excelent pump. You know how you get a great pump doing bis and tris, thats because your whole arm is full of blood. When i do back and tris my bis are pumped from involvement in back excercises, and when shoulders are done with bis my tris are pumped from shoulder movements. i get great arm development from this

I do legs with chest because they dont interfere with each othr so i can go heavy and they are big muscle groups ,wreak havok on the nervous system (thus done on a friday)but a great growth stimulus for me.

All this means i only train 3 days a week and i can get what natural bbers need more of, recovery time.

I'm not sure if you're interested in polishing posing at this point but if you're going to compete it's probably safe to say there's no such thing as starting to work on posing too early. To that end, if I can make a suggestion -

in this side chest shot, you might try pulling the shoulder back a little and arching your torso to push the chest up and out a little more. Then use the far arm (in this pic, your left arm) to push the far side of the chest sort of toward the judges. It will make that far side more visible and appear fuller. You would flex the far side of the chest but not really squeeze the near side.

Side shots always involve the legs of course; some competitors stand too high on their legs in side poses. Can't tell from this pic though.
