Hey Guys,

I'm about ready to embark on my third cycle which will consist of:

weeks 1-14- 600mg Test C
Weeks 1-10- 300mgs Deca
Weeks 1-4- 25-50mgs dbol
1mg of adex EOD

I have previous experience with test, winstrol, anavar, etc..but have never tried dbol.....

What are your favorite ways to dose this compound? should I take it once a day an hour pre-workout?

Has anyone ever had success with "pulsing" dbol? For example, taking 25mgs everyday for 2 weeks for it to stabilize and then taking 50mgs only on workout days?

What is your feedback on dbol?

i would do the deca for the 14 weeks and the dbol for 6 weeks m8, thats my opinion

the strongest I ever was I took a very low dose of test and deca and took dianabol up to 60 mg a day for 12 weeks

low dose...20-25 mgs/ed pre workout for as long as you can run it. im a huge fan of lose dose, long duration dbol, and if you havent tried it dont knock it until you do.

for you guys that are taking 50-70 mgs of dbol...do you spread out with doses with twice a day administration? Also, i only have 2 vials of deca so 10 weeks it will be...hopefully, that's long enough

1-12 deca same dose as planned
1-14 20mg dbol ed way better than your plan

most healthy people can handle this with no issue you just need to drink plenty of water and keep up on your fruits and veggies.

regardless of dose sizes there are pros and cons in all at once and split dose. i like splitting the doses if im ready to train like an animal already from other drugs but if i need a boost i like the dbol all pre w/o.

ive always run orals say dbol 40-50mg mid workout for the protein synthsis after my workout, and through trial and era i find oral are great for 4 weeks or so and the gain slow down on me anyway, but everyones different

I gotta thank you Joe D for the low dose dbol idea. I got a hold of some dbol and at 20mgs/pre workout (maybe 2 hrs before), I feel great. I swear that dbol is the anti-anadrol. With abombs I was a pissy, misserable fuck from the first dose till the last but dbols on the other hand seem to be almost mood ENHANCING! Even more than test. I look forward to workouts and my moods is upbeat during the day. I am impressed with this little side effect. I think that at a higher dose that might be the case though.
Any thoughts fellas?

I don't mean to hijack your thread but how do people feel about taking dbol on WO days only? I'd personally would rather not take anything other than GH on my non-WO days.

dbol works great as a pre w/o and if kept to a minimum it could be done year round for a hrt guy.

That's what I was getting at with the "pulsing" method of dbol...i.e..taking a daily dose for 2 weeks to achieve stable blood plasma levels, and then only taking it on workout days in higher dosages...An example would be taking 25mgs dbol everyday for 14 days and then taking 50-60mgs preworkout only on workout days....Things is i workout 5-6 days a week whether or not i'm on gear, so I'll most likely be sticking with 50mgs an hour-90minutes pre workout with 1mg of arimidex.....

Minimum being what? 15-20 mg pre w/o? Like 4 days a week.

that might be okay. bloods after doing it for a few months would tell. a good clean diet and plenty of water would help.

I prefer to run longer cycles with orals at lower doses 25mg's of dbols for 12 weeks for example.
gives more gains for me simple as that.

its the way things where done before the big O.D. on orals in the beginning of a cycle craze started.

the problems people have with dbol (blowing up fast then losing it all, bad bloating, loss of appetite, having to stop early do to liver issues, feeling like crap etc) are all symptoms of taking too high of doses and cutting a cycle short.

if you run a realistic dose of dbol say 20mg ed for much longer than the typical 4-6 weeks you can expect to feel good, get good strength gains early, and make good overall muscle gain thats just as keepable as any gains you made on any other aas.

it can be run stand alone or along with other compounds. a simple 20-25 mg ed for 12 week cycle is good.

you can also run it log term like many have with pyramid cycles like this 10/20/30/30/20/10/10/20/30/30/20/etc or blast cruise fazes like this
20/20/20/20/20/20/10/10/10/10/repeat. or anything similar to these

yes I believe that the intial gains of dbols is estrogen and glycogen retention, and it takes awhile for the muscle to add up - pure broscience ofc

So far I have kept my strenght and gains really well, considering I was running oxys, anavar, winnys dbols in rotations with 1.5g test /ew and now is cruising on 275mg test and 200mg's of EQ / week.

5 weeks more cruise to get myostatin to level out then I'll blast again but lower dosages, since last cycle was abit overkill, trying to find my sweetspot growth dosage/wellbeing so oxys will be out winnys will be out my joints dont do well with winnys.

I seem to get better gains with anavar anyway (yes I ran oxys and dbols for 12 weeks) i ran anavar and test only last 3 weeks and kept all strenght or kept increasing it until i went on cruise.

It also hardened up my physique like crazy loosing all the bloat, so I dont know if oxys will be needed at all in the future.

next cycle of orals will be 12 weeks, but havent decided if I should taper the dbols from 25-75mg's or just stick with 25mg ed with 25mg's of anavar, with tren eq test ofc :p

I must say that dbol might just be my favorite steroid...50mgs 1-2 hours preworkout with 50grams of carbs and some protein, and I've had the best workouts of my life!

I have ran anadrol for 8 weeks 50mg' / ed good gains ofc, but anadrol can make you feel lethargic and "low" so IMO dianabol has better "side effects" than anadrol, but anadrol gives good gains for strength and mass, keep eye on blood pressure and mental side effects, its invidual ofc, but personally i tend to get "low" after 3-4 weeks on anadrol.
