Anyone have any tip on background music during a workout?
Ive noticed that my performance increases if i have the right beats to it.

So any tip on music to play so my vaines pumping, and getting badass pumps=P

It may sound weird but I like listening to WWE or TNA entrance themes. They have a lot of famous bands doing their music, for example Motörhead, Limp Bizkit, Drowning Pool or Kid Rock. I like a lot of old swedish melodic death metal too like the Huanted, The Forsaken, and At The Gates. Some newer good heavy bands: Suicide Silence, Between The Buried and Me, The Faceless, Winds of Plague, Born of Osiris, All Shall Perish. Something a little lighter but fast and technical: Protest The Hero.
