it all depends on how you want to run it. here is what i think is best. run it at about 3ius ed for 3 months, then start your aas cycle and up it to 10iu ed until the end of your cycle(12 weeks) then go back down to 3ius until your next cycle. which is about 12 kits. 1170 ius.
