Congrats Adam, after watching the bench press portion of our meet yesterday it gives me a greater appreciation of just how hard it is to bench from a dead stop. Massive ups to you bro.

yes I usually compete in touch ngo so this was much easier than thought still had a few morelbs felt could have paused 325-330 but would have to practice a little mre pausing w/315
315 was pretty easy for me should have opened with 315 but for some psych reason 305 felt hard but in the video it looked easy but 315 was actually easier than 305.
