Well to get -Z- off my back i'm starting my journal for prep for my show in oct. I'm a few weeks in, but starting weight for show was 281 a few weeks ago. And i am now down around 268 at last weigh in. I'll do my best to keep everybody up to date!!! Cause if not miss muscle will tear me apart lol.

Tues was light chest day.
Incline bench 315x10 for 3
Cable crossovers High 120x12 for 3
Low crossovers 80x12 for 3
Flat flys 80's for 3 sets of 12

Today is shoulders and i'll post workout numbers tonight

You're looking huge! I was a little too close on that front double bi, weird angle. Other than that you are going to llok great ripped up. We will have to get some short videos of your lifts.

It will get better as you lean out. You will think you are smaller but you will look 10x bigger. Just keep trucking along. You are 6'1'' which is pretty tall for a bodybuilder.Your legs have came a long way they look good.

Thank you :) will have new numbers up today for shoulders since we slacked yesterday.... but next few days will be good lifts for sure. being out of the gym is like being lost some days.

Shoulder press
100's x12 120's x12 120's x12

front raise
60's x 12 70's x12 70's x12

sides
40's x12 3 sets

uprights cables short bar
120 for 12
and whole stack for last 2 sets

rears
did 45's with pec deck reverse super set 3 sets 220# on machine

tomorrow is leg day, so when we get back i'll post the numbers

thanks. i wanted to go up, but finding 2 matching pair of weights down there is like winning the lotto, and i know nobody stole the 125's cause they always have dust on them lol

You seriously couldn't find the 125's? Oh yeah....I was doing kickbacks with them.

Yesterday was leg day,
hack super set with leg press, 3 sets. 10 plates on hack and 20 on leg press.
Feet together on both

extensions
did 3 sets slow

lunges
used 85's

MM got an awesome pic of my legs i'll get posted today after we do arms!!!!

3 sets pull downs wide, 240x12 280x12 306x10
seated cable 1 arm rows slow, 84x10 96x10 108x10
close grip pull downs 180x10 3 sets
wide revers pull downs, dont remember weight lol
and i think thats about it

Cable front super set with rear, 120x12 then flip 3 sets
Kick backs 55'sx12 3 sets

Seated curls, 65'sx12 3 sets
Hammers 110's x12 3 sets
Cable curls 70'sx12 2 sets
followed by machine curls 2 supersets

Yeah been slacking on the posting. Diet drives me crazy and makes me want to stare at the wall.
Last night was back, and tonight is chest i'll get some numbers up. And have a few new pics i'll post too.
Weight as of last night was 260, but feel very flat. Going to adjust diet soon so it's gonna get worse. :) Love it.
-Z- We have to get that skull crusher video up soon, or will just add more weight and get a short clip of 405 skull crushers......
