Hello Rx. i will be joining Brandon Lilly and doing a trial of Cube training for 10 weeks to see how this works out!

Today was dead lifts and squats.

Dead lifts 230
Rack pulls 250
Oly squats with a fag pad (to simulate a ssb) 225

Lunges: 3x15 with 30lbs dumbells
back raise: 50 reps
Situps: 3x20 reps

floor press: worked up to 295, also did 308 but my spotter held the bar, even though he said he didnt help.
bench 155
lat pulldowns: 3x15 135lbs
band push downs: 100 reps
shrugs: 3x12 100lbs dbs
abs: 3x10 135lbs in a machine

very interesting training method, I train for strength myself more emphasis strongman events and some good offseason work is just about to start , be interesting to see how this works for you

I train for powerlifting, and also thinking about doing some grip work, since i like grippers.
i am also very interested in seeing what i can harvest from this program, hopefully ill make some nice gains. i am eating for it, so it should happen! :)

Todays session:
Floorpress: 225
Incline dumbellpress: 15x75, 9x75+6x61, 15x61 (man i suck at reps...)
Bandpress down 100x kilo band number 3, choked.
standing military press: 3 sets of shit all weights, i was struggling bad!
pecdec: 3x15 100lbs
Situps: x50

All in all a great session, got pumps like mad.

I practice for powerlifting, and also considering doing some hold perform, since i like grippers. I am also very enthusiastic about seeing what i can collect from this system, hopefully ill create some awesome benefits.

Yes i also do powerlifting, and i also like grippers. but i can only close CoC #3 so far. so i need alot more practise.

Todays session was totally retarded. will start another cube cycle shortly since this first one is finished.

Deadlifts: 135x10, 155x10, 175x10, 195x10, 242x10, 265x11, 265x1,265x1,265x1,265x1,265x1,265x1,265x1,265x1,26 5x1,265x1, 265x2, 265x2, 265x4, 265x8.
Back: pulldowns + seated low cable row + machine row super setted, 10 reps on each station, 5 rotations, then pulldowns: 185x10, 185x8.
Biceps: 10 sets of different curls n shit. super disco.
and of course abs....
