This was my first year competing in Figure. I have never truly had an offseason. I need to add, size especially in my quads. My plan is to work legs twice a week, and eat a lot! I have long muscle bellies in my legs, being I was a dancer my whole life. I was also a swimmer, so I have width and size in my back and shoulders. Would love any suggestions and support! Bout to work those legs!

Welcome! What shows have you competed in this year? How did you like competing in Figure? I use to compete in Figure too. I'm glad now I do physique and don't have to wear those hoochie shoes anymore. lol They use to hurt my feet.
