And the training journal continues...

I have been posting my journal under another thread and am going to relocate my posts here. It's been a little while since I've journaled and I will blame the holidays and a hectic work schedule for my lack of posts here. But my goal is to become more active and consistent with my workout journal so that I keep myself accountable.

Yesterday was an active rest so I threw in 45 minutes of cardio.

Today was shoulders/abs/cardio
- Warm up set of dumbbell shoulder presses - 20 reps, followed by 4 working sets (4x12 at 30lbs with :30-:45 rest)
- Lateral raises - one set at 10lb dumbbell raises - 15 reps, followed by 3 drop sets - 15lbs for 10 reps, 12 lbs for 8 reps, 7.5lbs for 8 reps
- Cable upright rows super set with dumbbell rear delt flies - 3x12-15 rpes
- Resistance band (supine) V-ups 3x15
- TRX (prone) V-up - 3x15

30 minutes cardio to wrap it up.

Tomorrow is leg day at 6am!!
