has any one tried a push/pull routine?
like when you superset flat bench press with bent over rows? and bis with tris? etc
im just getting a little sick of my normal training and i would like to try something new for about 6t weeks
i was thinking...
Chest back shoulder

legs arms

repeat.

what do you guys think about it? anyone tried it?

I've done something like that before didn't keep it up for too long just a nice change of pace for a couple of weeks

Looked like this

Day 1 ( chest back shoulders)
Chins supersetted with dips 3 x fail
Triset
Incline presses to bent rows to side laterals 3 x 10-12
Triset
Flat flyes to straight arm pulldowns to machine shoulder presses 3x15-20

Day 2 (legs arms)
Incline curls supersetted with pressdowns x3 sets
Hammercurls supersetted with skull crushers 3 sets
Tri set
Squats to lying leg curls to calf raises x 4 sets 10-15 reps

yeah, let me know what you think, you could do more for legs if you wanted to but I wasn't up for it
