We were moving some stuff around at my gym today and we had to move around some of the SM stuff, I lifted and caried a stone and I think it was about 200lbs, those things are really a total body workout

How do you train with stones? Lifting the stones looks like a deadlift, squat and shoulders press all in one.

yeah imagine a deadlift, row, hi-pull/power clean, and a press all rolled into one. and then make it a round ball of concrete.

only way to train stones is to lift one. nothing else in the world like it.

if you want to be a great keg lifter, use a round keg, nt the handled ones. additionally, add sand in place of water to create an even greater balance issue. core strength, timing, grip.
