Any helpful hints on what to do. I have been training for the past 3 years or so. I started after being a competitive runner for more than 10 years. So I weighted 130 lbs and now I am currently at 185-188 depending on the day. I train 5 days a week working on chest and arms mainly. I think those are my weakest areas so that is why I train those twice a week the second time for chest is just something quick as well as the first time training my arms for the week. If anyone has some helpful ideas or comments that would be great. Also, I use protein powder and creatine monohydrate.

You look tall so you have to put on more size. Better pics would be more helpful. Train heavy and eat! I would suggest taking in at least 2 shakes a day of a good weight gainer. Add to the mix a good multi vitamin and amino's with every food meal!

The way you worded that paragraph has me a bit confused. Post your split and current nutrition/supp regimen.

x2...buy a food scale that measures to the nearest (g) and you'll be well on your way...once i started to measure everything, from peanut butter to oatmeal, to protein powder...that's when my improvements really started to come...it honestly doesn't take that much time either and after a few weeks it's just like another thing...good luck to you

What's the nutrition look like?

Nutrition is high protein mod carbs and mod to little fats. I do have drinkson the weekends and have a few cheat meals like two. I probably hit 200-225 in the protein area.
