Crazy strong.
Size has little to nothing to do with strength. This guy might have no legs, but that does not necessarily mean he lacks leg strength.

that z bar pressing is hardcore. I know it has to be exponentially more taxing than seated presses, but what areas would you say it helps.
stability and brute shoulder strength. there is NO way to "pop" it off you chest at the bottom. I won the overhead press event at my last comp and I really think these helped a LOT!

haha! I think it is. I felt it a bit, but it was NOT the limiting factor for a change! Stay tuned, the next fe weeks should be interesting!
