hardcore gym or garage gym?
where would you train?
if I had a place like that... the gym!! Nothing like being surrounded by motivated people... it's contagious!

I quit my 24 hr health club style gym of four years. Put free weights in my garage and have had better workouts and made more gains

ive gotten different feelings in both.
i trained in my garage for years before going to westside (spent two years there).
the garage and lonsesomeness gives a zen like feeling while westside was more intense.

It's best to train with a group of strong people if you want to be the best you can be.

I've yet to walk into a gym. Got fat a couple years ago, bought a bench with some weights and slowly added to it as I gained. With everything downstairs I never have an excuse not to go to the gym. BUT, if I had a local place that was full of like-minded people, you bet your ass I would be there a few times a week.

I'm training at a hardcore gym, and loving it, and the best part is it's only 15-20min away
