I'm down south in Tampa,FL I like to lift some heavy ass weight and eat a lot of food. Don't be fooled with the Men's Physique background, your gonna see some HARDCORE changes!
GET BIG, GET LEAN, and GET THE FREAKZ!

Here is my previous Log for SNAC and Tad the diet coach:

Supplements I will be taking: ALA,CLA, OMEGA 3-6-9, FISH OIL, CHROMIUM PIC, TRIBULUS, VIT C, DIGESTIVE ENZYMES, D-3. Also, by SNAC: Proglycosyn (whey protein isolate with dextrose), ZMA, AND Aerobitine! (helps with blood flow and fights fatigue)

My goal: to be 290 with ABS! LOL i wish. I want to gain muscle and lose bodyfat (dont we all) I plan on eating a ton of healthy fats, good carbs, and protein. Heavy training and minimum cardio. Really put on good lean weight!

Starting weight:- 186lb

Grocery cart shopping:
5 dozen cage free eggs
5 packs of 99/1 Jenni-0 Turkey 20oz each
2lbs of all natural chicken (I'm not a big chicken fan, i prefer turkey)
90/10 ground sirloin
93/7 ground beef (the beef and sirloin were on sale, usually I eat grass fed beef but $8 a lb get pricey, I can really taste the difference between the two)
All natural PB
Broccoli
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salad Bags
Brown Rice ( I love white rice, so I'll be switching between the two)
Idaho Potatoes
Grapefruit

Foods I also include in my diet:
Coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, raw cows milk, gluten free oatmeal, ezekial bread, white rice, and cream of rice.

I usually have one meal a day out at a restaurant. College, family, friends, I try to live a normal life somewhat and enjoy eating out.

You sir, are lookin legit. Coconut oil is good, I used to down 3-4 spoons of it a day when I was on a high fat low carb diet to cut weight.

1 hour cardio. 2.5 mph, level 3 incline. Slow and steady!

That's a nice grocery list. I agree, there is a very different flavor for beef depending on how it's finished. My Dad raises organic beefalo.

Don't be too jealous, he's 3 states away and can't ship it across state lines yet. The FDA is very strict with that. I'm thinking of buying one from him and road tripping it back next time I go home.

Keto diets usually work well. They do for me. I just hate having to incorporate carbs back slowly or else you'll blow up lol

2 or 3 days of low carbs is enough for me, i'm a carb cycling guy, lol

Keto works great for some people though.

Quick update: written on iphone and have to hurry cuz a chica is in the shower n im bout to get some! Ate every 2 hours. Went good till nightime. I had cupcakes then mcdonalds a mcgangbang 10 piece nugget. Large fries. Not too much just enough satisfaction. Also note i am making a log of how many days i can go without "wackin" going to be very hard! If any1 wants to test themselves join the club lol. I did train today 20 min walk. Then i was tired. Too much cardio. Grg bang woooo

Coc oil

So far so good... just wait till night though the sweets always seem to find me! lol

My weight was 190lbs this morning! offseason weight last year was 175 max, contest weight 158lbs dry on stage. 15lbs of mostly muscle aint bad!

Back on the diet n back to training took 2 days off to give my body a break. Been taking 10-15g if glutamine a day to help with muscle soreness.

I love what my thread has becoming. High test levels are encouraged! Its funnny everytime i go to class n bring my laptop i always think "i hope no porn pop ups come up". Training has been good. No cardio and after a few sets of weights im tired lol going to train back tomorrow then hit a china buffet #growingseason

Its 9am and i am walkking outside as i write this. 20 min cardio shocking!!! Ive been feeeling out of breath after a few sets of training lately and very bloated from all the food. Body isnt use to my weight last year i walked around 175 now im near 190 in same condition. I cant wait to eat breakfest 5 eggs 1/2 oats and a few blueberries..

Try to copy your stance in your original pics. Just one front and one rear shot, with a newspaper or something written down.

Ok! Another great training day. Delts n traps. Some hot chongas at the gym for some extra pump lol+ 15 cardio on stairmaster. 2 scoops of snacs proglycosyn post workout and a hour later 8oz grass fed beef 6 oz sweet potato n salad

Fuckin embarrassing... this shows you what a week of bad diet and not being on point with training can do. I work so hard everyday to prep my meals, revolve my day around training, and trying to put 110% in the gym, but stress levels are high and i neglect even 50% of diet and training my body shows it tremendously. hopefully this next week my body will bounce back.

50 with 20lbs, then strip 10lbs, do 50, then strip the 10lbs off and do 50. no rest

ive proudly been of anit depressants/anxiety drugs for 3 years now. It was the hardest thing to overcome. But the dr. said all the years of being on the drugs could of killed my test levels. Very high dosages for 6 years. My bodys natural test levels will never prob recover that is why i qualified for trt at 24.

everything went smooth...ate some chinese food at the mall.. you know!!!

Had a interesting convo with Packman aka Ben P about foods in diet... he was 296lbs shredded for the arnold.

a brief summary: he is a big fan of healthy fats... fish oil. cocunut oil, grass fed beef, omega 3 eggs etc. He doesnt eat carbs before training just protein/fats or protein/fats/veggies especially meal 1 NO CARBS just protein fats. so the body is use to running on healthy fats for the day instead of carbs. so when he trains hes burning fat and using the healthy fats to fuel his workouts.(cuz when u eat carbs before training ur burning glycose and the carbs blunt gh production) but after training for the next few hours you eats carbs with meals because u want to put the glycogen in them.. He told me he hasnt had carbs before training in months and the one time he did he had a shitty workout because his body is so use to fats.protein. He doesnt use stims. takes a shit load of amino acids before n after training. wont eat beef only grass fed. smart dude ive seen him a few times since he lives in tampa you can tell bb is his life and everything revolves around training n nutrititon

I was so bloated from all the white rice when i peeled into my tank top... i said "Fuck im fat" then like i always say im cutting some carbs out. But the next day I open the rice cooker and pour a cup of rice in...

15 min cardio. Weight was moderate today. I have a partial tear in rotator cuff so i dont usually go crazy with weight on chest day. esp pressing movements

post workout: 1.5 scoops whey isolate with 1/2 cup of quick oats

I do walk slow WALK! lol My cardio recently has been 2.8mph on a 5-8 incline on treadmill or level 8-10 on the elliptical. Im really doing cardio to enhance my metabolism and keep of bloat not so much for fat loss.

For contest prep I would do 3.2 mph on a level 15 incline... I felt I lost WAY to much muscle.

My diet saturday-thurs on the cruise will be

800-1,000 carbs
400-600 protein
? with fats going to try to keep them low and soak in all the carbs and protein.

I figured i may as well grow and recover as much as i can and overload my body with carbs and protein. I will try to keep the carbs to somewhat clean sources like fruits, bagels, pasta, rice.... pizza... wine lol

my normal days are 200-300 carbs and 200-250 protein and high fat from eggs, coconut oil, olive oil. So this will be a cool change!

600g of protein is incredible. Your nitrogen balance will be through the roof. You could add some good muscle in the cruise ship gym on all that protein. Most people like to relax on a cruise ship though. lol

What would you guess your fat is at Lance i have a very similar diet

my carbs on lift days are 220 protein 250 and fats 60. total cals about 2800 which is low considering i'm 6'3'' 234lbs. Stupid ass endomorph genes all my body wants to do is look like an NFL offensive lineman.

If you just get the hair right, you start to look like those movie posters of "Wolverine", except you actually have the size, the vascularity and the fullness, unlike Broadway Hugh Jackman who was photographed holding heavy buckets to get the muscles bulging and stuff, and then the buckets were photoshopped out and the knuckle knives shopped in. LOL!

Ill run down my food intake real quick: reminder everything is all you can eat and free

breakfast:
scambled eggs (very shitty)
2 link sausage
2 chicken sausage
1/2 grapefuit (the only healthy thing)
1 waffle with syrup
1 bag with cream cheese and smoked salmon prob 3 ounces
bacon

meal 2:
3 hamburgers in fries with mayo ketchup mustard
or
chicken
potatoes
bread (tons of bread with butter)
choc cake with ice cream and another dessert like sponge cake

meal 3: ice cream swirl

meal 4: 2 hamburger and fries with banana or apple

meal 5: usually fish and steak or steak and chicken i would get 2-3 entress
tons of bread
and a couple desserts usually brownie sunday, somecake with ice cream etc

meal 6: 2 hamburgers n fries or a sandwich with tons of mayo (thats how they make them)

meal 7: ice cream or hamburgers

throughout the day id snack on apples or oragnes and ice cream

to estimate i prob had 300g of sugar a day

I gained 8lbs

Damn you GURUHONZA the brazzer pw has kept me occupied for hours!

The cruise was cool. Me and the lady drove down 5 hours to Miami and went on the carnival victory. It was a small ship compared and was packed with hot young sluts all drunk and horny as we sailed to Jamaica and the cayman islands. Again I went with my girl so all I did was look and stare at the sluts and their loose skin bodys from too much beer. lol

I looked good for the first day on the cruise muscles full, leaner, and confident and with a little sun my bacne wasnt noticeable. But after a couple days of eating everything in sight my gut looked 9 months pregnant. I was bored during the day so what did i do... EAT!

I did not drink too much only for a couple glasses of wine. I was itching to get back in training during the cruise.

In jamacia i went ziplining down a mountain and climbed the dunns river water falls. My calves are still sore from all the walking. The jamacans called me RAMBO and kept asking me about working out.. like how much i lift, diet, and suprisely about creatine and protein. It is such a poor country with minimal education about bodybuilding. Wild goats roaming the streets, the cows are skinny as hell, and the people are too no problem no wories. I have too much test to deal with that kind of bullshit.

cayman islands is just expensive.. thats it pretty water but too much$$$

I got offered no drugs from the jamaicans suprisely.. old people were telling me they were getting hassled by the jamiacans to buy weed. I did buy a wine calld magnum with viatron. its got a picture of a naked girl and guy on the bottle and supposly they use it before sex. (i will try it out soon) lol

i got fat and ate ice cream and hamburgers atleast 2-3x a day plus dessert with lunch and dinner.

My girl is spanish and you know those spanish girls love sweets so she was making me try out all the desserts... i had so much sugar the last few days prob more than i consume in a month.

I will share the BIG GIRL from Plenty of fish story tmoro.. i promise its alot more entertainin than the cruise story.

Almost got into a fight at the gym today. The testosterone is boiling!

went to grab a bench, set it to incline and put my bag next to it. And some tall skinny guy comes up and goes im using that bench. I look at him turn my head and walk away (take my headphones out) and he goes "its ok ill put the seat back down" (dick comment). I let it go and move to another bench, i rep out the 80s on incline and go to put them up on the rack. When i almost trip over his ez bar with 10s on each side. I rack the 80s and walk past him and kick his ez bar with 10s under the dumbell rack and look at him and go "move your bitch weight" he just sat there looked up at me then stared back at his phone. I go grab the 90s to incline press get done and look at him. He gets up grabs his phone and keys and leaves the gym.

After slamming my brakes I took a big deep breath and said to myself save it for the gym. I thought of flipping his car with him in it then dragging them out ripp off his arms, then bang his girl and impregnate her and then go piss on him while he was on the floor crossed my mind. Back in the day i was a "creep".. i even called myself a creep cuz i would creep so hard. I had my girls lined up from sally working at burger king on tues. to melisa working fri nights at steak n shake my line up was solid i knew where hot girls were everyday of the week especially at college. I would go to class early sit on by the walk ways and just stare at hot chicks.

why you ask? well a few years ago i was a very fat unattractive fellow.. I was never a ladies man in high school..(i was skinny and fuckd up off anxiety meds) then when i was 18-21 I switched my meds and got on others which made me FAT! in a couple years i went from 160-230lbs all water and fat. I GOT NO PUSSY! 146114146115

on the second pic.. i got off the meds and got back down to 170lbs but skinny fat.. sad part is i was weight training back then but did not have great nutrition. But atleast at that weight/look i was approachable by woman and not looked at as a fat freak!

So i started to read "the game" pua books, forums, videos to learn everything i could about woman. I was socially awkward BAD!

I joined POF (plenty of fish) and put some pics up of my new skinny fat self. and met a girl...
In her pics she was hot big tits, nice face, sexy braces (in a good way), blonde hair highlights like sarah vandella! we started talking and she lived about 30 min away near the beach. I asked her out to grab some coffee and i picked her up at her place..

She comes walkin down.. 210lbs chubby loose skin acne bad face smelling like cigs.. i dunno wtf i was thinkn. we get to starbucks and shes like i dont want coffee shit lets do somtn else. I say well we can grab ice cream. I start drivin to the ice cream place and she makes me pull over at the gas station.. she comes back with 2 four locos and beer. Im like wtf (i dont really drink esp back then) and she says "Lets go to the beach" its dark outside btw but i drive to the beach. we walk on the beach she takes off her top and goes in the water.. shes drunk now cuz she chugged the four loco and 6 beers all while smoking tons of cigs.. Shes ugly smelly and is a mess. I go in the beach water and for some reason i start fuckn her raw in the water.. first time for everything right? lol .. i drop her off home that night and drive back to my place.. she texts me while im drivin home "I think we have something really special here" i look at my phone laugh and never text her back.

thats not even the SAD PART... the following weekend i text her (my horny self) and she comes to my place for the night. i pop cialis and bang her while she gets drunk, i then take her to a bar to watch some ufc fights and she gets so wasted its embarrising.. i wanted to leave her there it was really bad! i take her home and 10 min later she texts me "i really like you" (btw i prob said 10 words to this girl the whole time we've spent together)

I never text her back, and delete my pof account..

I look back at the expeirence and say WTF WAS I THINKN!

after that debacle i moved away from the 3's and got some 7's under my belt.

i keep that story on the down low, and never tell any of my friends about that disaster!
