This transformation journal inspired by the work of MikeS and his thread (deleted at his request) [Quite Possibly] The Worst Transformation Ever! [Since MikeS deleted his thread I've taken over the name! May 23, 2013]

Someone who used to go by the username siluha on another board created this image a long time ago. I'm posting it here now so I'm not tempted to use it as my after shot. ;-)

Just took my transformation "before" pics and pulled the amateurish stunt of not including a newspaper for date verification. I'll be taking another set of befores tomorrow, I guess. grrr

This set was blurry anyway. Battery is charging on my camera's battery and I'll take a longer time making sure I have some focused shots. (HOW does this happen with an auto-focus camera?)

Here's me with a t-shirt on. Much easier on the eyes than with my shirt off, trust me. ;-)

Somewhere along the line I picked up a virus. Doc says I have acute bronchitis. Just recently got over viral pneumonia. Crazy immune system or what?

Curt, please don't take this the wrong way but you actually have MORE muscle mass than I thought you did.. I think you actually look good and have a strong chest and back. There are very few guys your age who look this good. Best of luck on the transformation!

Although I've never pinned I have donated more than four gallons of blood. The nurses draw using 16 to 18 gauge needles. Not afraidz!!1!

Well, if Gerb's in then things just got serious.

Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (whole-body training split)

CHEST DB Bench Press 3/10-12
BACK BB Row 3/10-12
LEGS Squat 3/10-12
DELTS BB Press 3/10-12
TRICEPS Pushdowns 3/10-12
BICEPS DB Curls 3/10-12
CALVES Standing Calf Raise 3/12-15
ABS Crunch 3/To failure

2-3 minutes rest for all exercises with the exception of calves and abs which both receive only 1-2 minutes rest between sets.

How many times per week you hitting the whole body?

and add you yourself some hypers to that routine, us old guys gotta take care of our backs!

In all seriousness thou, I see people all the time, completely clueless on workout programs, doing the stupidest stuff week after week. I am friendly at the gym, if I aint prep'n I am pretty social, so I talk to alot of people, not giving advice (the masses are hopeless) but just socially (ie talking sports etc...) and people will tell you the craziest stuff they are doing for a program. ... and I always think, Bro, go buy a Muscle and Fitness, any issue, they have a new program in it each month, probably with a pullout you can tape to your wall lol, I guarantee if you follow it 100% you'll get better results than your crazy program with no logic behind it. Curt is going to prove me right! I know it!

I'm adding rotator work before hypers. Have always had more shoulder troubles than lower back.

I am sick myself, not pneumonia however, bad head cold, chills and aches.
