Grade I

Patient Profile:

The 29 year old from Manhattan, New York was concerned with the puffy, protruding appearance of both of his nipples. He felt his condition detracted from his athletic background and enjoyment of bodybuilding. Though the patient’s chest contour and the size of the NAC's (nipple-areola complex) are minimally distorted, the feeling of dysfunction was the motivating factor for seeking consultation.

The key element, specific to this patient, was direct excision of the fibroglandular tissue via infraareolar incision. The low %bf of this patient, coupled with his endocrine / genetic adipose tissue distribution rendered lipoplasty irrelevant.

The postoperative photos where taken at one year. The photos show a masculine chest contour, minimal scarring, and a symmetrical reduction nipple size. The surgeon (http://www.cosmetic-md.com/about) performs each procedure unique to each patient’s case, and specialized in athletes and bodybuilders who demand great results.
