One of My favorite body parts to train ARMS and I have had lay off too much upper body to allow my legs to catch up. Going for that pro card this year(fingers crossed) So today I did
Single arm reverse grip pressdowns s/s with cable curls with rope
Overhead dumbell extensions s/s with 21's
Incline dumbell curls s/s with reverse dips
3 sets of each 20 reps
Tomorrow is LEGS!!!

I love training arms too! Mine need lots of improvement. I want big guns... hehe. What division are you competing in?

I am pretty sure you keep replying to your original thread for your training journal. Looking forward to keeping up with your journey for that pro card! :)
