Random Gyno Flare up

Its been 2.5 years since I rand a cycle. I ran a-drol first 4 weeks 50-100mg and test at 750mg a wk. Didnt start ai til week 4 eneded upwith 2 pea size lumps by the end of 14 weeks. Ran proper pct etc. Gyno in right nip completely disappeared left one still there but not sensetive at all. All has been well until recently my left nip gyno has gotten very sensitve and painful to touch and i found my right nip gyno back to pea size and also very sensitve/ painful to touch. Im not on any AAS 23 yrs old, going to jump on 20mg/day of nolva and see if that helps. What do you think caused this?

This is weird. I too would like to know an explanation to this.

It was probably a hormonal imbalance in your body. I've had a small pea sized part of gyno in my right one, but it is not sensitive at all, just a little puffy. I've heard Letro may help get rid of it entirely, but one should not take it for a prolonged period of time.
