What is considered low carb and high carb? In calories or grams. i want to try and do some low carb days but I don't know how low I should go. I was thinking about 300-400 calories per day for low carb and over 1000 calories for high carb. Is this ballpark?

you mean 400 cals for carbs alone? that would be 100 g of carbs.

1000 cals of carbs is 250 g of carbs.

low days for most women are under 75g, high, well can be anything really!

alli carb cycles, maybe shell chime in here.

Yes! So I guess it would be 100 grams low day for me and 250 grams high carbs.

So 75 grms would be 300 calories of carohydrates? That seems a bit low but if that is what is low carb I will start to do it.!

It depends on how aggressive you are getting with your carb-cycling. If you are prepping for a show- your low days get get REALLY low (zero - not counting greens) - depending.

I prefer carb cycle as well... I have tried many other methods but prefer to cycle, my body responds to this best.
FOR ME:
Low days for most women would be considered - 30-70 g
And high days would be up to 250 g
But this is very dependent on metabolism, some mens high carb days can go very high.
