Soo I've been cutting on and off since 2/2 -09. lost 14kg's at total
The problem is that I'm going to Croatia for 26/6 and staying there 2 weeks.

Now I'm on the keto diet and thinking of switching to an carb diet, soo i wont chock my body when I start eating down in Croatia. I got many relatives down there, soo every afternoon dinner is like an Italian sunday dinner. I will be running 4-8km's everyday if my body allows me.

Soo I wonder how i need to prepare my body for this holiday, my own plan was to drop the fats to 20/30g carbs up to 150-250 protein around 200.

Today i train about 3 days ew in the gym, and soccer training 2days ew + atleast 1 game. and oh im about 177cm, 72kgs starting to get pretty lean.

just consume the same amount of energy, but replace fat kcals with carb kcals
