Great video Anthony.
Makes you think about implementation choices and how easy it is to miss vital nutritional needs through no lack of effort but rather lack of product quality.
Species has very high standards and let's be honest tastes amazing so why would u want any other brand. So happy Species is now readily available across Australia now readily:)

at my old sales job we use to call it " breaking it down to the ridiculous" ... but when i hear you say it, it makes me realize im ridiculous for wondering why i haven't been meeting my goals.

missing 30 grams a day 7 days a week 4 weeks a month. like you say that's alot!

now add what you said in your video to missing a meal here or there because you are busy...=sub par gains.

thanks for breaking it down tony!

Only problem with Daves isolyze is its too damn expensive, i love dave and all his supps but i cant afford them, we aint all sponsored like you buddy!! lol

Im working with dave offseason right now too and he wants 3 shakes a day, 6 scoops a day, his 90 dollar jar of isolyze would last me 10 days thats insane. 270$ a month just on his isolyze is od.

i don't think somalyze is over priced, in fact i think its cheap....but his protein is on the pricey side i agree. i dont think its greedy profit margins, i think hes a small company with tight quality control..thats not cheap

Totally agree with this. On my budget, and with everything else you need to buy just to strive to be halfway-decent.... I would love to always use Isolyze, but I just can't afford it.

The price on ALL Isolates has come up drastically, no longer is Isolyze actually cost that much more. If price is an issue do half isolyze, half liquid egg whites. Then again, I cant think of many 57g meals of protein that cost less than the cost of a shake.

I always still get whey isolate protein powders, no blends, I just buy other brands that are more affordable.
