If you wanted to try Benadryl with Clen definitely take it before bed and you could start it after 2 weeks on clen since this is the time most people see Clen losing its fat burning effects .

i've heard two theories.

Theory 1
take 2 benadryl caps before sleep for each night your taking clen (2 weeks on 2 weeks off)

Theory 2
take 2 benadryl caps before sleep on your "off clen weeks" to refresh the beta receptors.

i heard you take 50mg of benadryl b4 bed every day every third wk.

I heard taking benedryl was an old wives tale and it doesn't do anything. Ketotifen works better. I could be wrong.

i wonder this too, since i dont have any ketotifen...i get confused with clen. some say you dont need it(benedryl or keortfen), others do.....i never know what to believe. george says you dont need it....but the studies are conflicting.:confused:

How does George have you dosing it? Do you cycle it? I think the theory is the ketotifen helps prolong the effectiveness of the clen when using it for longer periods of time.

dont cycle. increase as i go. i dont run it long, maybe 4 weeks.

I have used Benadryl with Clen while on and it did the same for me as Ketotifen and w/o the headaches. You can stay on Clen longer no 2 week 'off' period same as when you use it with Keto. And it will put you to sleep... same as with Keto so take it @ night b4 bed. Why not try it to see if it works for you? I didn't notice a significant desensitizing effect of clen while on it.... after about 2 months straight there was a slight decrease but same as I noticed when I used it with Ketotifen. So just try it.

benadryl should only be part of ur pct after clen... so if ur doing clen anywhere from 10-16 weeks u should do daves pct which involves taken bendryl before sleep every night but i dont know the exact amount... doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with clen u dont have to use benadryl..

This question is along the lines of this thread, but not to do with Benadryl...

When taking Clen, do you take the entire dose first thing in the morning or spaced out? I seem to find conflicting research.

Most people find they can handle 2 doses / day - but make sure the last one is > 3 pm so it doesn't affect your sleep. E.g. 8am, 2pm

i do 1 1st thing in the morning (515ish) and the other at about noon. if its later than that it keeps me up at night.
