Put all ingredients in a shaker cup. Shake well. Drink between meals to build mass without ruining your appetite.

1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 scoops strawberry casein protein powder

When: Between Meals

Why: For bromelain, which increases protein digestion, & slow-burning carbs for long-lasting energy (pineapple juice); healthy fats that contribute to fat stores (coconut milk); & protein that has been shown in studies not to decrease appetite (casein).
