Goal: Getting Lean
When to eat it: When you're looking for a low-carb, low-fat treat that's anything but bland.
Ingredients: Serves 1
5 chicken breast tenders
5 slices extra-lean turkey bacon
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven too 400 degrees F & coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Wrap one strip of bacon around each chicken tender & place on baking sheet so the ends of the bacon are the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes, turning the tenders halfway through. Move baking sheet to the top rack & broil for 3-4 minutes to crisp bacon. Serve with mustard for dipping, if desired.
