Who trains heavy all the way to show time?
This is my first time posting... so I'm just going to throw in today's workout.
I am 12 weeks out from Jr Nats and had an amazing workout this morning.
Started with a superset of high rep extensions (Ext) with leg press (LP)
I was trying to pre-fatigue the quads
Ext 90lbs for 20 reps with LP 3 plates each side for 15
Ext 110lbs 20 reps LP 4 plates each side for 15
Ext 130lbs 20 reps LP 4 plates each side for 15
Box Squats
185 lbs for 12
225 lbs for 8
245 lbs for 4
205 lbs for 8
Hack Squat
1 plate + 25lb plate each side for 12
2 plates each side for 12
2 plates each side for 12
Walking barbell lunges with kickback glute squeeze
95 lbs for 20 reps
115 lbs for 20 reps
135 lbs for 16 reps
I'm excited to be joining the forum!
