If I could only do one exercise per body part I'd be doing way too many exercises.
Squats
Deads
Bench
Press
Powercleans
Chins

Back: T-Bar Rows
Shoulders: Lateral Raises
Triceps: Cable Pressdown
Biceps: Alternating DB Curl
Forearms: Nothing
Abs: Crunches
Quads: Squat
Hamstrings: Leg Curl
Calves: ...calf raises

Chest - Flat bench w/ bar
Back - Barbell Rows
Shoulders - Press
Triceps - Skullcrushers
Biceps - Preachers
Forearms - nothing
Abs - crunches
Quads - squat
Hamstrings - squat
Calves - squat
Chest - Incline Bench
Back - Barbell Rows or Deadlifts
Shoulders - Behind Neck Presses
Triceps - Dips or CGBP
Biceps - Barbell Curls
Forearms - Farmers Walks
Abs - crunches
Quads - Squat
Hamstrings - SLDL
Calves - Standing Calf Raises
Chest - Incline db bench
Back - Deads
Shoulders - Press
Triceps - Dips
Biceps - EZ Bar curls
Forearms - nothing
Abs - nothing
Quads - squat
Hamstrings - SLDL's
Calves - unnecessary in my case

Chest--- incline bench either DB or BB
Back--- T-bar row
Shoulders--- military press
Triceps--- cable press downs
Biceps-- seated alt db curls
Forearms--- pinwheel curls
Abs-- crunches
Quads---- squats
Hamstrings---seated leg curls (but nothing works hams better then deads)
Calves---- standing calf raises
