Ladies, it seems that my gains on this cycle have completely ceased the last week. I'm on 81mg daily of 19-Norandrosta-4,9-diene-3,17-dione. I'm on day 45 now. For roughly the first 35 to 38 days I was gaining at a rate of a bit over 1 pound of muscle weekly. According to my best estimation today I haven't gained a pound since the last check 7 days ago.
I dont believe it's an issue of not getting a caloric surplus b/c bf level has increased since the last check. Up about 1%. So far I am continuing to get stronger each workout as well. I eat an average of 40g of complete protein 4x a day. LBM now is 126lbs.
I'm wondering if part of the issue could be my GI tract getting backed up and as a result I'm storing more calories than processing? To gain this much muscle this quickly, I've obviously been eating much more food than normal. My bathroom habits have gotten way less regular. I'm going an average of 48 hours now w/o a BM, whereas it used to be every day like clockwork. I've started adding Benefiber to my protein drinks and that does seem to be helping.
Does this hypothesis seem reasonable and if so, how have you ladies dealt with eating enough calories to gain on gear, but not so much your system just gets bogged down?
