... but where's the body? Gravestone? Official Death Certificate? Obituary?

Glad you threw that in there at the end... Obviously if he is Really dead then I am very sorry to hear someone's life was cut short. I still find it suspect that there has been no concrete evidence of his death yet asides verbal confirmations and a fake (outdated) 'leaked' picture.

Ya, I'm still pretty suspect about the whole thing. Hear say and word of mouth aren't exactly concrete evidence in my book. It's not like I'm looking to see the body and confirm he's dead but maybe a little more reputable source than "someone I know who's close to the family" or a wikipedia post. Maybe an obituary of some kind, a funeral pamphlet, a gravestone..etc.

Lemme guess, you also think some guys in caves were capable of getting past a billion dollar air-defense system, or that Iraq had WMD's and the invasion had nothing to do with their transfer to the Euro months prior.

Like i said, if Nasser is dead then all condolences, but we have yet to see one concrete piece if evidence as to this besides a 'quote' from his sister (on the net that could easily be forged).

I am aware this is somewhat out of the blue, but I feel that a major component of the health issues suffered from bodybuilders is diet related. On top of using boatloads of hormones and chemicals, the guys in the Nasser era generally followed stupidly high carb diets with low fat. As we are starting to realize more and more, this isn't good. I think we will see a resurgence in the health side of BBing now that dieting ideologies are changing, thanks to guys like Dave and John Meadows.

I'm not saying there is a good reason for Nasser to fake his death. But I'm also not saying I wouldn't put it paste him to do it just to make himself laugh. He obviously stopped wanted to have anything to do with the industry so why not just say he died so he can live his life away from America and never be bothered with it again...or he really did die.

The point is I hate being told to just trust an anonymous "person who knows" with no other evidence of proof.

These are the best exercise for them. He has a great upper body though. What's his diet like? What type of things does he eat? How many meals per day was he consuming? How many calories?

Most people who run their first cycle run test by itself. Start with 1 cc per day and work your way up from there.
