i'm doing daves diet but not competing right now.
but i want to eat foods that will make me fillout and look better. so as my cheat meal i want to keep it clean and carb up as if i was doing a show.
so if u guys can give me a list of good foods to use.
do you go by how much you weigh to get the right amount of carbs in?
