hello rx family :)

a little about myself:37 years old,5'10" 235lbs
been training for 3 years now.I used to weigh 310lbs and my dr told me to lose weight or else! plus my chiropractor told me the same thing."assholes!" lol,jk...
like everyone else when they first start out i was clueless at the gym and on what foods to eat.I started reading magazines and books about bodybuilding.the first magazine i picked up had a picture of jay cutler on the cover and i said "DAMN!" he is huge!i would like to look like that someday or at least kind of!lol....
i started watching youtube videos..i know lame....lol,and saw a video with the rx muscle logo in it:) so i came here and was very impressed!lots of good people who are always willing to help.good reads and great videos.anyhow i have been on a little journey to take my body to the highest level i can achieve.I want to post up my diet and training as i go to see where i need to improve.please feel free to make suggestions.i would love some feedback.my goal is to get down to 220-225 with no gut get stronger and maintain mass.i'm on hrt and currently running dmz for the next 3 weeks;) my daughter will be graduating high school at the end of this month and i want to look good!

training split:sunday-legs-abs
monday-back
tuesday-chest
wednesday-off
thursday-shoulders,calves,abs
friday-off
saturday-arms
i do 30 mins of cardio preworkout each time.

todays meals:shake upon waking up,2 hours later-diced potatoes,4 egg whites cooked with extra virgin olive oil.1 hour later got the munchies so i ate a muscle brownie.mmmmmmmm!!!!,2 hours later-baked chicken breast, pinto beans and half a baked potatoe.i will eat another serving of the same thing in about 3 hours minus the baked potatoe.
training shoulders and calves tonight.I will have a shake post workout and some chicken breast before bed.my meals vary so i don't get bored of eating the same thing all the time.

I will post up my workout tomorrow.
wish me luck!:mosh:

nice job on the training Hulk and on taking care of the wife.I`ve been married a long time and let me tell you they always like to be surprised with gifts and stuff.Tell us a little about the gym you train in.I know you`re somewhere in East Texas but is it a hardcore facility or family fitness or combination?

the gym i train at is more of a family fitness gym.not very big but it's decent sized.
i live in west texas.around the midland/odessa area.the old gym i used to train at was hardcore.almost like metroflex.no ac just fans and bullshit heaters!lol.I loved training there.they got bought out and the new owner closed it down and built the new one i go to now.
