Hey Im Khemist, and I'm continueing this log over here from another board. Ive been training for almost two years and 90% of my progress has been in the last 7-8 months when I started taking shit seriously. I have been researching anabolics this entire time so I know a good amount about them, as well.

I will be on a 2 day DC, will rotate through 3 exercises per bodypart, And I will give you guys the exact routine as I post numbers.

At this point also I should point out that I am 100% natural, I am kind of strapped for cash but do have intentions of cycling anabolics in the future.

History:
Started out 2 years ago at 180lbs, OBESE. Spent along time recomping and have yet to really diet. My bodyfat is CONSIDERABLY lower, while at the same time being 20lbs heavier.

Spent about a year and a half lollygagging with shit 5 day splits and my lifts were no higher than when I started. I still looked like ass and didnt even look like I had changed.

Then I switched to bill stars 5x5 and growth exploded. I watched my diet and made a lot of progress. A few months into that I switched to DC, Ive now been on DC for 8-10 weeks and am LOVING it. Ive made IMMENSE progress and insane growth. I increase EVERY session and its encouraging!

October of 2008 I was 180lbs, and I bulked to 200lbs so far, while DECREASING my waist over 1/2 an inch. I currently would put my bodyfat at about 15-17% range.

Workout 2a:

EZ Bar Curl: 70lbs x 16 +5lbs (Weight of bar NOT included.)
Alternate DB Hammer Curl: 40lbs x 9 +2.5lbs each hand (Straight Set)
Leg Press Calf-Raises: 270bs x 12 +20 (Straight set, VERY slow and let each rep stretch deep.)
Standing Leg-Curl: Skipped
WIDE stance leg press: 320 x 8 +20lbs // 160 x 20 +20lbs

Comments:

When I say WIDE stance leg press, I mean WIDE. My feet were as far apart as the pad was wide. I took it DEEP.

Do you guys want any recent pictures? I could make it happen if interest is shown.
Sitting @ 5'9 200lbs 15-17%ish bodyfat.

All the 1's are the same muscle group, all the 2's are the same muscle group. The letters stand for the selected exercise rotation for each muscle group.
