Well it's time for another 12 weeks of fun here.

I had a great time pushing as best as I could during the M4BTEAM Transformation challenge even though I had a few obstacles along the way.

I made some good gains in fat loss getting down to 205 from somewhere in the mid 230's.

I have proved that I need to always be moving forward to avoid falling back, I have rebounded to 214 since the contest and being off the gas for almost 2 months now.

The plan is to cut as much as possible and retain and even gain some muscle.

I'll will be using the following M4B products in this cycle.

Test E--Weeks 3-8
Test P--Weeks 9-12
Tren A--Weeks 9-12

T3----Weeks 3-12
Clen--Weeks 1,2,5,6,9,10

Ill use some ECA on the off weeks of clen.

I'm thinking of starting higher volume to start then for the change of tests and adding the tren move to less volume and as heavy as possible.

Nutrition and macros will adjust as I go, still figuring that out.

When I used clen I got nasty cramps ESP after training. It was horrific, couldn't walk without feeling like my leg was being sawed off. So keep up the electrolytes.

On the clen what helped me alot was using tuarine and upping water to at least 1-2 gals ED
So I usually take the clen, T3 or ECA stack first thing in the am before meal 1 with water then the taurine before meal 1 on empty stomach and then again before training each cap was 1000mgs this helped a ton w/ cramps and even the shaking part. If you don't have enough water all day you will get headaches that when you know to up the water even more.

Training

Started this off with some Chest and Biceps.

Getting some blood flow in this week for each part.

Incline flyes---------------4 sets--super slow getting a decent stretch
Hammer incline press----6 sets
Dips----no weight 4 sets

Alt DB curls----6 sets
Alt hammer curls----6 sets
Cable curls---4 sets


Everything felt really heavy today Wednesday will be a little better.


Supps

All I have in my system atm is my hrt dose of Test C (200mg) from the 1st.

Took my first ever clen (40mcg), to see how it was. We will see tomorrow.

Need to pick up some taurine as well.


Nutrition

I'd love to say I started my day with egg whites, nut todya turned into a fuckin circus, I woke up late, and ran out the door without my cooler.

So you like truth....here it is

McD's Big Breakfast (no english muffin), extra hashbrown, coffee (sugar and cream)

2 more coffees, a bag of caramel/almond/cashew popcorn

1/2 litre of water

2 gluten free buns with 3 pcs bacon, butter and shredded cheese.

Ok so not an epic start, I'm prepping food tonight.

These chicks think its bad now, I haven't even started my cycle, I think the most test in a week i've done is 600. Heavy gave me a solid plan that has me at a gram a week a few weeks in.

go up as you can tolerate I've heard not to go more than 120mcg
2 weeks on 2 weeks off repeat at the dose you left off
Also if it doesn't feel like its working at the high dose take some Benadryl cleans receptors or something but it works

As far as nutrition, these first 2 weeks are to get things setup up and on track for the cycle, technically its a 10 week cycle but I'm starting 2 weeks before getting it rolling.

I have a bunch of tupperware with 5 oz meat (steak, pork loin, ground beef) and just need to add some sides to them, beans, rice, veggies.

all pretty light, getting a nice pump, trying to go slow to really connect with my back and get a good squeeze.

Feeling shitty today, I was up late last night for obvious reasons, slept in and didnt get as much done as I wanted today.

The week begins.


I've spent some time reading and watching Lee Labrada's Lean body trainer and have pulled some ideas from it.

As I mentioned earlier training will start with a pull, push and legs day, going 2 on and 1 off. Cardio sessions will be on off days as well as back/biceps/abs day.

My maintenance caloric intake is approx 3000 cal/day, we will see how i react to a 500 calorie deficit to start, i imagine as the doses kick in I should be able to increase my intake while still dropping fat.

Nutrition will be simple to start, 3 main meals, 1 shake and a snack each day, off the bat I'm not worried about timing, just trying to create the habit.

This will be my biggest cycle, with 6 weeks of a gram of test a week, before switching to 50 prop/50 tren a day for the following 4 weeks, along with clen, T3, and adex along the way.

I'm excited to give M4BTEAM's line a solid run.

why not run the tren at 75mg ed with the prop at 50mg?..better results imo..

In the comp for the last 4 weeks when I started Tren I did Prop 15mg ed and tren was 30mg ed. I barely had any sides. When i go up on test with nothing else I get sides. Maybe it was the ed shots IDK.
This go around will be 6 weeks prop at 30mg ed and tren at 50mg.

It's up to you and how you feel/look the best thing about the fast acting stuff is you can adjust quickly just pay attension to the sides.

Cool that you're thinking of competing in a bodybuilding show, men's physique would be easier... I suppose it depends on what look you achieve.

When you diet down you will definitely have enough muscle for men's physique, but hopefully the 1g of test will give more of a bodybuilding look so you could hit a BB show!

Happy long weekend to my Canadian friends!!!!

Today was Chest . shoulders, and tri's

Shoulder rehab moves

Incline fly----25x10, 40x10, 40x7--left shoulder started acting up
Hammer Wide press----1px12, 2px10, 2px8, 1p35x 8, 1p25x8, 1p10x8, 1p5x10

Incline smith machine narrow bench----115x12, 135x10, 185x8
tri pushdowns (3sets rope/3 sets v bar) 60x12,12,10,8,8,6

Hammer shoulder press-- after a couple reps my left shoulder said no more

Total time 41 min.

Normally i do shoulders before tri's not sure why I switched today but that wont work next time.

I can keep my shoulder out of tri work by keeping my arms tight to my side, which lets me grind out tri work last after my shoulder has given out.

lol, ya played rugby in school, started as hooker, then out to the wing.

Even had a scottish team come over and kick our ass for a few days, I went through 3 jerseys in one game, had cleat marks in my back, and they gave us 4 days off after to recover. The closest game was 63-6, I got the only try early and paid for it the rest of the game.

Getting some cooking done before Back and biceps, then Monday night RAW with the boys.


Pretty basic balanced meals this week. Using medium ground beef to help get to my macro goals, we will see where next weeks weight ends up, yesterday morn was 213.6

Many years and injuries ago I would relish this day. A day of primal rage, yelling and grunting with each rep, the day I load up plate after plate and push and drive it till I couldn't walk anymore.

Once my best body part, my favorite day of the week, now has had me dreading it. Once legs that made me a base stealing backcatcher in baseball, and a hooker that would help drive the scrum in rugby are now but 23" quads and 17" calves.

Today would be a humbling day that reminded me of a story from a pro, but I'll talk about that on Sunday nights cardio video.

Warm up---40 minutes on the treadmill, the plan was 15 minutes.

Leg extensions---60x10 3 sets
Hack squats---1p x10 3 sets

Standing leg curls (using the leg ext)---30x12 3 sets
Lying leg curls---50x10 3 sets

Standing calf raises---mid stack x 15 3 sets

This left me wobbling out of the gym.


Home now, and post workout shake is in

1 cup coconut milk
52g whey isolate
1 tbs NPB
1 tsp cinnamon


Tomorrow stars the cycle again as I resume a 2 on 1 off routine while still off the gas.

True def a humbling experience today, as for the shake it started from Dave's diet with the whey iso and NPB, then I had shitty tasting protein powder so the cinnamon helped, and the coconut milk is new as I'm avoiding most cow milk now.

Got some cooking done, prepping a few meals for the week and using up some items I probably won't be using as I diet once the cycle begins.

I was craving hotdogs and found these ones called Natural selections, they are gluten free as well all natural. They are wrapped in a gluten free pancake and bound together with processed cheese, normally i would like shredded natural cheese but as I said were cleaning out the fridge of what I have.

As alot of you know I'm not much of a morning person and with my schedule during the day I have to have food ready if I'm going to keep my diet on point.

So here is another pre-made breakfast to help my mornings go smooth.

My McFuckthatmuffin

Pretty much an egg McMuffin without the English muffin.


What you need

12 eggs
4 slices of Breakfast ham/turkey/bacon (I used ham this time)
6 slices processed (American) cheese (I usually use shredded real cheese)

1 muffin tin
1 oven
1 oven mitt (or heat resistant hands)

I put 1 egg per tray, let it cook for 5 minutes at 375ish then put the ham and cheese on it, and finished it off on broil.

Each one is approx 100 calories.

this one is easy.....................I don't any of them. none of them are necessary to build muscle. All 3 moves put either my shoulder, and/or lower back at risk.

So I hobbled my ass to the gym for chest, tris and shoulders lol.

Hammer wide press---6 sets.
Incline DB press--- 3 sets

Side laterals---4 sets
Hammer shoulder press---3 sets

Alt DB curls---6 sets

20 min on the treadmill, some of it was awkward lol, def need to re-look at how I'm training now, I really don't have the time to be basically immobile for 3 days.

A total of almost 3 g so far, sex drive is up, better morning wood, unsure of any gym differences yet as this week was a few workouts in the fitness centers of Holiday Inns.

With dumbells only to 25lbs it was a little challenging but I did try a lying cable bicep curl with a lat pulldown bar lololol.

I have to re shoot last weeks video again so I can get it up, I started doing it again while I was driving, I thought it would be cool, until I realized my phone fell off my cup holder about 10 seconds in as I rambled for a few minutes. FML

Hoping to have it up tomorrow night.

Week 4 has begun.

Hit chest and shoulders tonight, lots of hammer benchs and presses along with rev pec deck for rear delts.

Going to see what 2900 cal per day results in , I was down about 1 pound this week.

With it being week 4 there is 3 weeks left of the first phase of this cycle of 1g/wk of test e, since I don't have any ephedra this week I will use the old version of Adrenna I still have. It was called Addelin then and really packs a punch. Next week is back on the clen.

Foods this week will include:

Rice
Rice pasta
Lean ground beef
Pork loin
Eggs
bacon
beans
corn.

My video is done but its 24 minutes and uploading slower than I feel like waiting for , so I'll do it tomorrow.

I covered what I think of how supp companies market on forums, along with a few viewer questions.

After that gonna prep food for the rest of the week, looks like I'm starting to add water weight from the big increase in test, I will get my weight tomorrow morning while fasted.

Eats are good this week, I have made some sexy lasagne (with gluten free rice noodles), sheppards pie, eggs and bacon to start the day, and a shake post workout (whey iso/honey)

tonight is chest shoulders and tris, i had a friend over today, wood and stamina are strong. Ejaculation overly delayed though lol.

Today i'm kinda cranky although it was a good day at work.

Oh ya the cranky day,

My ass hurts like a motherfucker, still sore from thursday and now sore from yesterday, the 300 is legit but FML .

So i barely sat today except on my heated car seat, but got some chest, shoulders, tris in.

Strength is up, im a shitt bencher even on the hammer cause of my shoulder but repped out 2p with relative ease, did 3 sets then 2 more with another quarter

Shoulder of course was sore but 4 sets of laterals and 4 sets of hammer press.

I wanted to get some close grip bench in but this old guy mustve rented th smith machine for the day.

Repped out on rope pushdowns drop sets till i got 3 reps with only 1 plate pinned.

im gonna eat and smoke a bowl and hopefully sleep

Today though was back and biceps.

I re watched Kevin Levrone's Maryland muscle machine and thought I'd bring out the behind the neck pulldowns. Not bad, I was able to get a nice squeeze at the bottom of each rep and I only smacked myself in the head once.

Close grip hands facing pulldowns, followed by hammer low rows, strength is moving up as I can get 7-8 reps with 3 plates a side. My reps are explosive on the positive, squeeze at the top, and slow on the negative. Finished up with the hyper machine, I'm happy with the nice tight feeling and burn in my lower back but no pain!!!!


I wanted to change up bi's a little so I went to do EZ preachers.................well the bench they have I can't reach to pick up the bar LMFAO, so I stood in front of it and leaned back on the slanted pad and did a modified standing reclined ez bar curl, 6 good sets, I'm pretty stoked to see some vainage coming across my right bicep and forearm.

Moved to hammer curls but my shoulder started to ache, but cable hammers with a rope were ok, so I hit 5 sets of those, since I was so happy seeing veins other than on my cock, I did 4 sets of behind the back wrist curls on the smith machine to finish up.
