I messed my knee up last year and it got healed with ice, elevation, compression support etc. But, the knee is a very complex joint and if the wrong thing is torn and not repaired quickly enough it can really fuck with a person's ability to walk normally. Get it looked at, in the meantime ice it.

DMSO is always good at pulling the swelling out if for some reason you are trying to avoid going to the Dr. Not saying you should do that, just saying it works for swelling.

We can't afford it. Americas health care has failed once again.

What, there are no emergency rooms in Canada?

Carry your father across the border, walk into any U.S. emergency room, and say you fell in their parking lot.

Better yet, hit a Walmart.

You're welcome.

Edit:

That was a joke. Put your father down, you idiot.

See post #5, repeat.

lol... I wonder how many people in the US do that...

Dad is doing good, still working 8 hour days doing carpentry. Now if every man had his work ethic, well we'd have a lot of nice houses.

His father's older than you, though. So you're comparing Canadian apples to freak oranges, chronologically, right?

Edit!

What I mean is that, hey, when his father was your age, freak, he was probably doing the same number of hours while scrambling to make that dough for his family, his gay porn habit, what have you. ;)

my dad is a 49 year old paramedic and still works at-least 10 hours/day. usually closer to 12. but you are right, western canadians are 10x as hard workin as those eastern bitches so it is like comparing apples to oranges.
