If I have what it takes I'll be 11 weeks out. I'm 26 years old, 5'10, 185 +/- 13% bf. I train 6 days a week and do steady state cardio 3 times a week. I only eat good fats (organic peanut butter, avocado, olive/coconut oil, almonds, walnuts) and at least 200g of protein a day. Besides my weekly cheat meal, I moderate my carb (sweet potato, brown rice, green veggies and oats on leg days) intake depending on workout. I know that this summer I'll have to up cardio/HIIT and cut carbs even more.

Thanks Tammy! Will post progress/better pics so I can get more feedback on weaknesses. Turns out I'm 13 weeks out so more time to prep.

You will be fine. You need some more size to be really competitive, but u have a good starting point.

Sample Daily Nutrition
Meal 1 (Pre-training):
Whey Protein Isolate Shake (40 grams) with 1 tbsp of natty peanut butter and Almond Milk
*Add ½ cup oats on Leg days
5 grams BCAA’s
Kre-Alkalyn
AdreN.O.lyn Cuts
Meal 2 (Post-training):
Whey Protein Isolate Shake (50 grams) with 30 grams of fast digesting carbs
Fish Oil (1600mg)
Kre-Alkalyn
CLA (2000 mg)
Meal 3:
½ lb Chicken Breast (+/- 50 grams protein) and 1 Baked Sweet Potato (20 grams carbs) + veggies (tomato, onion, spinach)
Snack:
Handful of Almonds/Walnuts/Pistachios or Rise Protein Bar (20 gram protein/20 gram carbs)
Meal 4:
½ lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey (+/- 40 grams protein) and ½ cup Brown Rice (20 grams carbs) + veggies (celery and carrots)
Meal 5:
1/3 lb Ground Sirloin Patty [95/5 (+/- 40 grams protein)], no bun but with (tomatoes, lettuce, pickle) and 1 Baked Sweet Potato (20 grams carbs)
Fish Oil (1600 mg)
CLA (2000 mg)
Before Sleep
ZMA
*Protein Mugcake on high intensity days (+/- 40 grams protein, depending on amount denatured in microwave)

I'd give it a shot and see what happens. Remember, MP is also judged on stage presentation/personality. So finding a coach to help you with this would be a great idea. Or look up some videos on YouTube. Good luck!

Still working out the kinks. Training 6 days a week. Doing 20-45 minutes of cardio > 6 days a week (steady-state/intervals/uphill/sprints). Eating > 300 grams/day of protein, < 70 grams/day of carbs peri-workout (not including green veggies, but still have a re-feed on the weekend), > 90 grams/day of healthy fats.

No more 20 minute cardio for u. YOu need to do the 45 minutes. You can do it for 4 more weeks.
