When I do these I go deep enough and squeeze my glutes and hamstrings to return back up... I always think I feel the focus more in my hamstrings with a slight stretch and tension on the quads. I put them on my hamstring day, but I was talking to a friend and they insisted it was more of a quad ex. What do you guys think? Interested in hearing every ones opinions.
They get my hams more.
Very similar to a one leg leg press.

It really depends on how far away from the bench you are. I think it is a fun exercise and it can finish off your quads perfectly on leg day. ;)

I love this exercise and feel them all over. I agree with house that it depends on your front foot placement.
