Bikini, Womens Physique, Mens Physique and Fitness are on the Main Expo stage starting at 1:30EST. Womens Bodybuilding, Figure, Mens Bodybuilding and 212 are on the night show stage which starts around 7:00EST.

Highlights I am looking forward to:

Figure: Ann Titone. Can she dominate again?

212. Masoom took 2nd here last year, 3rd at the Sheru. Henderson Thorne is back on stage. He has competed in 1988 as a pro against EVERYONE you can imagine.

DeLaRosa should be tough to beat. update pics of Fouad are terrific. can he dial it in for a hometown win? Bill Wilmore won last year. has he dialed his conditioning issues from Masters?

I will also bring you powerlifting, strongman and belly dancing? Maybe we can get Tad to dress up for us?

Ran into Victor Martinez at the airport. He looks tired but better and fuller than last weekend.

The city is a buzz with this event. jakked and fit people all over the city taking advantage of the beautiful weather.

Michelle Blank: great muscularity, very lean, hard, dry and confident as anyone on stage

Nicole Duncan: petite but well balanced muscularity. huge smile, happy to be on stage today

Ryall Graeber: hard, best abs in the group, pretty suit, confident

Vondera Handeren: Holding water everywhere, macthing blue and black hair and suit. pretty.

Fiona Harris: Tight, clean great smile.

AManda Hatfield: graet abs, lean, a lott soft from the rear

Babette Mulford: looks to be 2 weeks out. nice muscularity but soft.

Ashley Sebera: lacks muscularity, a little soft, but very pretty

Tami Tzaveras: big legs, soft, terrific suit, terrific confidence

Eileen Wells: a little small, a lot soft.

Michelle Krack: tall and long, holding water below the waist, abs are soft, looks uncomfortable

Sandra Lombardo: tight, ncie color, pretty lady, skin appears dry, but color is nice

Jen Louwagie: dry and conditioned, ncie balance, clean symmetry, big smile, happy to be up there

Mindi O'Brien: switched from fitness where she was too muscular. looks amazing. top 3. big but not too big, great balance, great symmetry, crowd going nuts!

Tammy Patnode: best tammy to date. looks like when she won her pro card in bodybuilding. ncie color, downsized nicely from BB, still maybe a touch too muscular?

Janessa Roy: soft from the back, nice shape, but is off here today. great arms and finishes with the splits!

Jill Rudison: great lines, great shape, hard but not too dry, back and glutes are in, facially looks like Ann Freitas.

Joelle Smith: nice shape and balance, still holding a touch of water everywhere. great front thigh and abs shot

Tammy Strome: local girl, crowd likes her. oldest in the group holding her own. color is light, nice abs, great suit

Kim Tilden: crowd goes crazy, top 3. ncie balance, shape amazing from the back, best poser of the group, sexy, feminine. what this class should be defined as.

Tony West: maybe a bit muscular? a touch wet. biggest girl in the group for sure. tight ab and thigh shot, pretty, big big smile,

Matthew Acton:ashen color, shorts a touch short, nice waist, needs soem calf training for better balance

Tyler Anderson: short blocky but with a small waist

Craig Capurso: fabios little brother. nice look, muscular, terrific poser

Deniz Duygulu: broad shoulders, nice waist, good posing,

Mason Eedward: a lottle soft, color light looks confused on stage a bit...

Dean Fazzolari: great color, nice lines, best abs in the group,

Vinceent Fiore: soft, not the best poses, nice vascularity and he has CALVES!

Cory Lagasse: needs to loosen up. not a bodybuilding show. great waist to shoulder taper, zero leg development

8- Clarance DeVis- Looks great, dry, thick, fuller than I have seen him, big full arms. Top 5.


9- Jerome Ferguson- Needs to be bigger with his frame, always good stage presence, in shape, could be tighter in waist line from some angles. Needs to get those glutes to come in!

11- Marcus Haley- dry, hard, might need some upper body size, good poser, stage presence always good,


12- Kennith Jackson- Needs to be bigger for open division, nice potential, great lines, small waist, needs to get his glutes in, more hamstrings. Needs to be dryer to be impressive on this stage.


13- Mike Johnshon- Needs hamstings, needs more biceps and tris, good conditioning but just needs to grow into the pro ranks.


14- Frank McGrath- Nice and full, bigger than last year, dry and lean


15- Novoa Mendez- thick, big quads, lean and dry, impressive thickness, needs glutes to be striated, waist a little thick,


16- Daniel Toth- Good conditioning, nice and dry in most places, glutes striated from side but harder to see from the rear, grainy from the front in the quads, and chest.


17- Antoine Vaillant- smooth, not imporessive, could do so much better if he had 20 lbs and leaner.

18- Christopher White- clean muscularity, needs to be drier, needs a little more size to be any kind of threat, has a little gyno showing.


19- Bill Wilmore- last year's champ looks good, he was harder and drier last year. Bigger this year by maybe 5-10 lbs. Still needs to fill arms out more, needs to be sharper from the rear, front ab shot looks good.


20- Alphonso Del Rio- thick guy, needs better color, big and full, needs, potential if he gets in a little better shape.


21- Victor Martinez- Looks good, arms still look smaller than I have seen before, He is sharp and full, glutes could be sharper by a touch, looks great from the front and rear, top 3 for sure. More detail in physique than I have seen before.

Jon is impressive with his structure and great conditioning, but he could be just a little drier, while Fouad is big full and dry in most areas. Such different physiques some of this is personal preference.

technologically, I am by myself on this trip. I dont do this very often and it is clear, my rust is showing.

the lighting was f-ing horrible on the expo stage. seeing the top 5 backstage in physique, toni was the clear winner, but I also felt she may have been too muscular, based on previous judging criteria. again, just my opinion. dont like it, neener neener.

to a previous poster... womens bodybuilding, mens 212, figure prejudging are tomorrow morning with mens physique finals as well.

Tomorrow night is Figure, Open and 212 finals.

212 is going to be a battle.

Tomorrow night is Figure, Open and 212 finals.

This is just my guess from pics. I doubt he's much less than 230. MAYBE 225. Keep in mind he won his his pro card in 2000 at around 225.

I'm sure none of you guys are complaining, but when does a bottom qualify as a thong? From the pics it seems she may have had the tiniest suit bottom.
She looks great, and have no issues with her winning, but how far will ladies push the "v-bottom" standard?

Why not just adopt the NABBA standard for figure? In 5 years, it seems IFBB bikini will be there anyway.

Victor will win, Delarosa deserves second and Fouad deserves third.

Structurally Fouad looks weird, especially standing next to these two guys.. Yes he has the most muscle BUT he doesn't look the biggest.

Victor was the hands down winner, and I think shot for shot Delarosa beat Fouad. Structurally and condition wise. Which is 2 for 3 in my opinion. He also didn't look small in the line up.

By the way I was sitting 5th row center stage, so I was about 20-30 feet from the competitors. I didn't look at the pics, just giving my opinion from being there in person.

I will say there were ALOT of thick waists and thick abs (big stomachs).. It looked bad.
