SF syrup or 1tbsp SF coffeemate creamer and a packet of splenda!

Could even throw some dried cranberries or fresh raspberries/blueberries in it, depending on what your nutrition needs/restrictions are. I've had it with a banana smashed into it too... really good! Cinnamon, apples, honey, most of which were already mentioned... possibilities are endless!

Cin & Stevia, sometimes I add some Pumpkin spice.

When I can have fruit I add frozen blue berries or strawberries. On a Higher carb day I'll add 1/2 a banana.

Usually protein shake or egg whites as part of the meal.

SF syrup and splenda in mine :)

I was at my mom's house and thought I would try one of those Kashi oatmeal packets (I was being "bad" cause it has 6g of sugar in it. It has 6g of fiber, and has flax in it but still the added sugar and ingredients to me make it a "treat") but I thought oh it will be so good it was maple vanilla or something... YUCK it was so gross!!! It was not a treat... I'd rather have my old fashion oats with SF syrup and splenda thank you, with no guilt! I swear sometimes people think they're being so good when the simpler option is cheaper, better for you and in this case tastes MUCH better.

Cinnamon and splenda is def the way to do it. Oatmeal is like my staple food. I eat it atleast 2-3 times a day as one of my carb sources. Its much better tasting then brown rice.

on a side note if masha didnt quote that message beforehand that would have def been considered a dirty post lol
