A power-packed breakfast to start your day

INGREDIENTS

• 2 frozen whole grain pancakes
• 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 cup nonfat milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat pancakes in a microwave or toaster oven, according to package directions. Spread peanut butter over each pancake and top with banana slices, stacking them as you go. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
