I've been wondering when they would fight. After Elite XC went down, I hadn't heard much about Cyborg. That woman is a crazy beast though... she could unleash some serious fury and really inflict some damage. I don't know how Gina's been training, but if they're both the same level I remember them at, then I sadly have to give this one to Cyborg...
