check out this link if you have a nagging pain that won't seem to go away. i was diagnosed with a tendonosis after having it misdiagnosed for a year. then i went to physio therapists for a few months and did their stupid fucking useless exercises to no avail... then i was given this link, did the rehab program outlined, and it worked.... now if i could only get my $50/session back from the physiotherapists who did nothing for me.
