I want to give a great thanks to Needto and needtobuildmuscle.com for helping me achieve my goals. Needto has been working with my diet and training routines for several months now. The results have been very satisfying.

First pic was taken on March 25th. The others were taken on June 24th.

thats a pec deck, not a bowflex...i occasionally throw them in at the end of my chest workouts

Good job as I said on ef bro. 3 months is not a long time but you did great. Will work longer and harder and you will get even better. Mike is doing a thread here. I am going to get around to working with him real soon here to if he wants it.
