HI!
I'm new here and am trying to start my training journal, hope this works. I wanted to say "hello" to all the current members and thanks for having me. I'm two weeks out from Team U and my Master's division debut! lol! Working on improving and filling out my glutes. This is going to be my third competition in just over a year of training and I am so amazed with the changes I've seen. There are still so many improvements that I can make but it's one day at a time, one session at a time!
