I actually owned this video a LONG time ago :) VHS LOL! I needed to see Edward Kawak win one of his many Pro Mr. Universe wins along with Mighty Mike Quinn and Tim Belknap in the amateurs..... ahhhhh bodybuilding memories

Belknap is one of my favorite AAU Mr. America champions. People have their NASCAR and NBA. Bodybuilding is the sport.

Belknap was from Rockford, Illinois about an hour and a half north of Chicago. I saw him win the 1980 AAU Mr. Illinois and the 1981 Mr. Midwest. He was a total freak at that time, about 5'4" and 215 pounds ripped. The crowd was in shock when they saw him. I was shocked when I saw the pictures of him when he won the America later that year. He must have lost 20 pounds to get ready for the America.
