Started using this product just today!
Why?
Not for the regularity, I'm already good at that...
Not for better cholesterol levels, my avg is under 100, LDL under 30, etc...

But for this:
"...and travel to the liver where they decrease the liver's output of glucose. Less circulating glucose means that less insulin is released and lower insulin levels in the blood mean that less fat is stored."

The soluble fiber helps me control my blood glucose levels.
For a type II like me who's off the meds... no brainer...

I'm excited to give it a shot, anything I can do to keep myself off the Type II meds...
I wish I had more of a BEAST answer but that's the bottom line...

Quickie update...
Ok, it's been a few weeks!
It took me a while honestly to work up to the recommended dose (currently 2x's daily).

Some benefits I've noticed since starting that may be attributable:
My AM fasting glucose number has reduced a tick or two; I'm not self testing any longer.
My "normal" mid-afternoon bloat has lessened

Since my cholesterol already is ridiculous low; Fiberlyze is not a part of that regimen.

I'm not sure it's cool or not, but one way I used it at first was to mix it with some blueberry flavored whey in a shake, yes a very interesting flavor combo (blueberry lemonade...), but it did have the benefit of keeping the contents in suspension.

Overall I'm happy with it; I'm going to keep it in my daily plan...

I started using this when I hired Dave to train me a couple years ago now. I can't live without it either anymore, which is a big issue since this stuff has not been available in quite some time. I was able to find some at a random online supplement store, but I have exhausted that supply too now. Is the any info out there as to when this stuff is going to be available again? My body is hating me right now. I messaged through the Species site to ask, but never received a reply.

If it's not coming back is there a similar supplement I can take? I picked up some ON fiber supplement and it is garbage. I am going to go grab some silium husk at the healthfood store for time being and mix it with the ON stuff to try and get me by.
