View Full Version : Clean Off-Season Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup of quick oats
1/2 - 3/4 cup of egg whites
1 tsp. of brown sugar-twin
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
chopped almonds or cashews
Splash of water

-Mix up and let batter sit for 5min.

-Grease frying pan with olive oil or mct oil and add batter.

-Flip twice

-Top with diabetic maple syrup or peanut butter and enjoy!!!:D

1/2 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
1/2 cup dry oats
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup eggwhites
2 packets of splenda
tsp fiber

blend

chill for 3 minutes( this helps thicken)

Use WaldenFarms sugar free syrup

37 protein
31 carbs

substitute whole eggs if you want fat in them enjoy!

But if I'm goin have pancakes in the off-season I'm just gonna eat regular pancakes!!!
