I am Van Loomis. I am 38 years old and live in VA. Dave and Mr. G helped me out on the 2nd MD MHP Transformation Challenge. Using Dave's diet and principles over the last year, I have made a major body transformation. I have lost a lot of body fat and packed on a bunch of strength. (So much for the "you need carbs to get big and strong" mantra.) Anyway, I'll be posting the whole story along with some before and after pics soon.
