At age 77 I appreciate the more mature types

I better as my wife is 78 and BTW looks just as great as she trains at LA Fitness with me
She has been weight training biking jogging etc since she was 40 ( jogging ceased 3 years ago when she had a hip replacement but still walks 3-4 miles)
She won't let me take a pic
